Hi, may I know what graphics card you're using? VH3 is both cpu and gpu intensive, so you may need a better graphics card or cpu in order to run the game at higher fps. If you need to know, my graphics card is GTX1060. I get about 70-90fps on maximum graphics setting. Also, keep in mind that you need a monitor that supports a refresh rate of higher than 60hz in order to make use of fps above 60, otherwise it won't make a difference. Use Shift + F5 to check the fps in game.
