Technically a half hellhound. It might let your imp have some fluff or be taller and stronger than normal. They might have dog ears along with imp horns. But primarily, your character would still be an imp. I hope this helps.

This applies to the myths of beelzebub as well, essentially the name beelzebub means lord of the flies which is why a fly is often the symbol of him. They acknowledge this in helluva by only giving queen bee two wings which is true of flies where as bee’s have four wings.

You don’t have to do all at once. It’s just a primary sin. However, if you wanted to do all of those, you could just try doing them each as their own separate characters so it’s not so overwhelming.
