Ingredients :
1 kg chicken
2 big size onion
5to 6 garlic cloves
1 inch jinger piece
4to 5 red chillies
3to 4 green chillies
Half cup chopped coriander
3 to 4 tbsp melted gee
1tbsp crushed coriander
1 tbsp crushed zera.
2 tbsp red chilli flakes
2 tbsp seekh kabab masala.
1tbsp salt.
