That’s interesting. I just toured oceanaire today and now the same 1 bed, 1 baths (632 sqft) are going for $2920. Wonder what happened in these 3 weeks
Hello! Interesting. We toured last December. I just shared what they wrote during the tour. Idk if there’s a difference in prices with their apartments.com listing also. I heard prices vary depending on the season (don’t quote me on this hihi) It also gets cheaper if the lease is longer. Goodluck! :)
