I'm not allowed to show the slightest emotion without getting yelled at and a beating 💀 it makes me feel weak. Just because I'm upset doesn't mean it's about them all they have to do is ASK and actually care. Even crying makes me feel weak so I hold it in because i don't want people to worry about me it's probably why i get anxiety attacks and panick attacks at school which I hold in to...💀 I want my parents to bruise me so someone can help me.
