t'rump has lied over 4,000 times since he took office. He's only pissed off because people keep calling him out on it. For example, he went from "I didn't know about the payment to Stormy" to "I knew about it after the fact" to "Yeah, I made the payment but it's not illegal." And all of this only when the Cohen tape came out and he got busted.

I think Obama was the only recent president to not get that treatment. During the Clinton presidency it was primarily jokes about him being a womanizing country boy. During G.W. Bush's presidency it was constant jokes about him being dumb, now we're at Trump who always has some controversy going on. At least there's some variety in what they make fun of him for.

Late Night has always used the news to get material for their joke, don't forget how many years we heard about Clinton-Lewinski or about Bush.
