My favorite thing about Yu-Gi-Oh is nostalgia. I remember when I was a kid, my friends and I had a Battle City tournament in our neighborhood. We used hard plastic sleeves as locator cards. Whoever could collect them all by winning duels would be champ. Cheesy, fun times. 😀
My favorite thing about Yugioh is hanging out and trading after locals with my buddies. I love seeing peoples collections and just catching up while looking through cards, and trying to help each other get cards to finish building decks. My favorite card is a two way split between the BLS and Chaos Emperor Dragon retrains from the Battles of Legends sets; Black Luster Soldier - Soldier of Chaos from BLHR and Chaos Emperor, The Dragon of Armageddon from BLAR. I pulled both of mine from packs and they are some of my favorite cards to run in decks too.
Favorite card: Stardust dragon because 5ds was the start of yugioh for me and I love his design
My favorite part about Yugioh is how this one card game can bring so many people together to have a fun time. Legit I loved my locals (when it was still open), the people there were amazing and I personally miss playing there and having some fun opening packs, dueling and just chilling
Playing decks with different playstyles is my favourite part in yugioh. I am not the greatest deck builder but the variety available in yugioh is surely vast.
My favorite card is Blue Eyes White Dragon because it was the first card I ever got (from the old 2002-2003 tin) and my favorite thing about Yugioh is all the people you meet from playing selling and trading, truly a great community.

My favorite thing about Yugioh probably is the wide spread of how cards can work with each other, i love diversity and the artwork throughout the games history and it adds layers to the game when there's a large pool of decks and card choices to add to your deck in a variety of ways that can make it your own deck of sorts. And the artwork is great generally and Yugioh has some beautiful foil cards as well such as Ultimate and Ghost, and Starlight.
Favorite memory is playing with friends at lunch in middle school

My favorite card has to be the Dark Magician from Starter Deck Yugi back in the day. I used to sit in my room and just stare at the card letting it gleam off the light. So much nostalgia!

My favourite thing about Yugioh is collecting and opening packs with my daughter, she loves it just as much as I do it’s a great thing to do. My favourite card is almost to difficult to choose there’s just so many amazing cards, I guess I’ll go with Polymerization just it constantly opened up new possibilities in the beginning.
My favourite to yu gi oh card is Lord of D. It was my first ever holo card from SDK and it's what really got me into collecting cards. It was at a yard sale at my elementary school back when I was 7, and I've been going strong since. Love the vids!

@@JRBjobber Definitely, everyone should be buying from local card shops most of the time to keep them in business because wal-mart, target or gamestop are never going to have friendly local card tournaments because you meet really cool people at card shops.
Favorite part was definitely hanging out with my friends, trading cards, and seeing them all for the very first time. The nostalgia began the first time I saw a yugioh card

Favourite cards are my boi Jinzo, Red Eyes Black Dragon and Dark Paladin. Fav thing about Yugioh was watching the show as a kid and playing Yugioh with friends right after. My best memory was when we went to watch 2004 Movie and we got those movie packs and abused the cards we pulled lol.
When I was a teenager, in my local store, a nice guy that I didn't even know gifted to me an XX-saber deck so I could play competittive with them, the XX-Saber Gottoms was my favorite card of all of the deck. It was such an amazing day that I could not believe it

My favorite memory/thing is when I play and collect with my brother when we were younger and now me and my special someone loves to collect and buy yugioh cards. Our all time favorite card is blue eyes white dragon and elemental hero cards :)
One of my favourite things about Yu-Gi-Oh is what got me into Yu-Gi-Oh in the first place: The art style. There just so many cool dragons like the Dragunity, Rokket/Borrel or Galaxy-Eyes
Hey jobber congratz with your CR stardust man was a sick pull and very happy you pulled it! Favorite thing about yugioh is the excitement you get when you open your packs!!! like I would but packs just for the fun of it and open them hoping to pull something. Especially when you do it with your friends and everyone hypes you up as you pull something crazy those are unforgettable times! Watching you open all these packs makes me wanna get some and open them and hope for the best too but you're luck is amazing dude and you go all out with the buyouts. I'll one day sometime do a crazy buyout and thats my goal not like you on a daily basis tho ahaha but just once for the thrill and to see how it feels to open crazy amounts like you in this video for instance!
Wow, nice buyout! So many varied product. My favorite card? Well in case you didn't get to my comment, is the classic, OG art, Dark Magician! And the thing I like about Yugioh... all the card arts, so different, sometimes bizarre, sometimes adorable. I fell in love with the OG cards when I was a kid, and nowadays the art is still so great.

Witty Phantom was my favorite card, not to play in duels with, but what he represented as being the monster who despite his stats would end up on top by sheer cunning alone.
My favorite thing about Yu Gi Oh, is being able to meet cool people like you. Favorite Card from YuGiOh is Slifer The Sky Dragon, favorite from GX is Shining Flare Wingman, Favorite from 5ds is a tie between Stardust Dragon and Black Rose Dragon
I’d say my favorite part of YuGiOh has got to be building gimmick decks, just because it is always a fun experience. Also great that you are supporting your locals!

My favorite card is dark magician, alot of memories of elementary school and playing with friends. I still remember buying the yugi and kaiba structure decks at kmart and toys r us
Favorite Yugioh card would definitely be Rescue Rabbit! I did my best performance at a regional with Macro Rabbit in the January 2013 format. Played the famous Paul Cooper in the first round and gave him a run for my money. Went on to crush the next 7 rounds of the tournament and lost a win and in to get into top 8. Still had a blast! Even rebuilt Dino Rabbit recently and play that format with my friends still!
My all time fav Yugioh card is fed Blue-Eye White Dragon! I remember seeing Kaiba summon it for the first time and thought to myself, I gotta play Kaiba’s deck!!!
Favorite card: Gate Guardian. Out of the original 7 packs or so I had every card except 3, Jinzo Blue Eyes Toon Dragon, and Gate Guardian. I think I've only laid eyes on one Gate Guardian in the entire time I've played the game and I've played since 2002!

My favorite card, or rather favorite archetype, has always been wind-ups. They were the first deck I ever got, and I always imagined them having a type of story behind them. Now, after almost 5 years, I have kind of evolvex this story behind them and always hoped thay one day they would appear in the anime. I saw wind-ups as a set of forgotten toys, small and weak yet strong when together. Since wind-ups resonate quite well in order to summon big monsters, wind-ups brought that concept of "weak when divided but strong when unite" to my mind, and considering how their effects can be used once while face up on the field, it emphasized to me that they just want to be played with just "one more time". Anyways, great video man.
My favorite thing about yugioh is the friends I've made over the years. It was hard for me to make friends when I was younger but I made a few playing yugioh that I kept for many years.

grandmaster of the six samurai is my fav card, really liked the six sam lore where some of the cards are older/younger version

I think the best thing about it for me was the connection that you had with all of these people I remember being in third grade when the first starter deck Kaiba came out and all of my friends and everybody wanted blue eyes and there was my one friend Cody who was just a big Yuki fan and he wanted the Dark Magician deck and then he actually became my best friend over the years and going in to all the clubs in comic book conventions and everything was just so many different people and how they're different Collections and different Decks that we haven't seen before it was just so amazing to see how many people cared about it the same way that we did and developed a lot of friends that we still talk to to this day I remember sitting in one we had an hour-long lunch and 9th grade and me and a buddy would just duel and since we both had a competitive deck at the time the duel would be longer than the actual break itself so we would sneak out and skip our next class just so we could finish this tool and try to remember the way our cards were set up so we could go where we were waiting off
I just spent $45 at Target on a Yu-Gi-Oh 2020 tin & value box & I freakin pulled a Borreload Savage Dragon from my tin & got Swords of revealing light & Kuriboh from LOB on my value box opening.

I don't really have 1 particular favorite card but dark world is the first deck I picked up seriously again when I got back into yu-gi-oh. So maybe Grapha or goldd (gold rare of course. Lol) my favorite thing about yugioh would have to be that feeling you get when you pull that $100+ card. I have been fortunate enough to pull a hand full of starlight rares and it never gets old. And have pulled quite a few ultimate rares over the many years. It's one of the best feelings.

Hey JRBjobber, for some reasons the Dragonmaid Secret Rares have like misprints of secret rare on the cards. My Dragonmaid Welomce has a smudge of Secret Rare print on the text which looks cool.

Fave yugioh card is whitty phantom, cause when i was a kid my grandfather had a friend whose grandson played the game. He got the card from him to give to me and said "his grandkids have alot of fun playing this game maybe this is something for you to get into" he then passed away a week later. But i kept the card and still have it to this day that was 16 years ago. Just hold the card near and dear
My fave card is most definitely D.D survivor and my favorite thing about yugioh is making new friends I’ve made so many long term friends when I started back in black wing area going to my local Walmart tournaments and now we’re older still playing the game and Reminiscing

I’d say it’s a tie between two cards
Number 1 is “World Carrotweight champion” cause me and one of my good friends opened one from one of the gold sets and we nearly died laughing.
The second is “Dante, traveler of the burning abyss”, not for its meta history, but because I LOVE Dante’s inferno (the divine comedy not the video game) and its awesome to see one of my favorite pieces of literature put into yugioh.
