My favorite summer fishing lure is probably a choppo 120 and a jig.
I haven’t used a choppo yet. How do you like it compared to a whopper plopper?
I like the choppo more than the whopper plopper because it throws more water up and it's cheaper.

yeah youre totally right man. if you dont use a bobber stop, the bullet weight slides down the line when the bass bites and the bass wont feel the the weight. Im sure half of his fish are just sucking in and spitting out the craw right away.
My favorite lures are spinners, good ol rooster tails. I’m a pnw trout/steelhead/salmon fishermen. There’s not many bass lakes around here but I do love bass fishing.
I’m a year late but my favorite lure is a Rapala shallow diver in the perch color I absolutely slam smallies with it
My favorite lures are a weighted Texas rig #1 senko #2 creature bait #3 buzz frog all Texas rigged. I live in NJ so top water frog and whooper plopper are my first choice in the morning but most days in the swamp I’m Texas eveneryrhing.
My favorite lure to catch big summertime bass would definitely have to be a topwater frog!

I’ve never used a black senko before, I’ll have to give it a try!
I like catchin bass on a lure call the torpedo. Not very popular but they catch me alot every time
I have been fishing Googan baits for 6 months and have never caught a fish on them. I keep buying them so now I have every color of every kind they make because I really want them to do well for me. Awesome fish #ragebug #ragecrawl

I am throwing an old school bait The Jitterbug in the morning, afternoon and evening. I throw a green frog color and a broken Jitterbug in yellow. Smallies kill it on the river.
I’ve been meaning to tie on a jitterbug, I use to use them all the time when I was a kid!

The best bait of had for large mouths is the yum dinger blue worm baits I was casting that for about 20 minutes and git four of em
I love my Rapala jointed minnow rainbow trout color. Thing kills only got like up to a 2lb bass can't wait to see a 4 or 5 lb bass jump on it though.

I've NEVER lost more bites than I have since I started trying googan. Idk why, but ill switch back to my digger and pull them in everytime. 1/10 lost with Dinger, 7-10 lost on Googan. I would have never mentioned it, but I noticed you lost a few too😔
scott martin loses a few now and again too with googan. They should lengthen body, shorten extremities imo🤙

Not hating at all just if I could give any tip on why you might have lost some of those fish is you’ll see the craw was rigged with too much of a gap so the bait would be a little scrunched or side funky looking and when you set the hook there’s too much plastic getting pulled down on the hook. Idk good luck ! Like the video.
