Day 2 my gf said "I'm cruel ". I am able to speak my mind and be more exact and honest. I am doing so well, socially. I can approach people and ask for what I want.
Day 3 I am noticing how I am finding my sense of entitlement and deserving . I believe I deserve to have a good life with good things and have things go my way . And I'm feeling the power to able to direct that whereas before I would feel weak, small and powerless.
Day 4 noticed my anxiety issues reduce . I'm also more concerned with what I want to do . Goals etc. Stopped living with my gf , want be more independent.
I've listened to this for almost 2 weeks now. I usually get low moods but I ve been in a generally good mood . If anyone gives me bad feelings, I make sure I deflect them ten fold.
