This demonstration was great thanks brother; I’m sold and definitely going to get both these modules (plus a DDK or two) - these blue lantern pieces are always awesome! ✌🏽

goddamit I want one now. kickass demo, thank you. Great having not just the sounds but patch ideas. Do you have rundowns of the other BL modules?

Thanks! I really try to show transferable patch ideas in videos and to push the modules further than just basic sound demos. Appreciate it!
Yes, I have probably the most BL videos out of any other brand at the moment: Simple ADSR, Syncussion Plus, Dwarf Star Stereo Delay, Lunar Modulation Lab, Gleba VCF, Lucky 7 LPF, Phaze 4 Daze, FM Sinus Lab, DDK, CSVCO, Acid N' Sons, EOS Semi Modular, and Gimme Some Kick Drum. Wow that was more than I thought, haha.

Any chance you’ll be reviewing Shimm and/or Mr Wavey?

I don't have that in line at the moment, but I can reach out to BL and try to get them in my queue. :)

I heard back from BL and I will indeed be doing a video for Mr Wavey :)

@@RobotsAreRed YAY!!! I love mine so much but I know I’m just scratching the surface. Can’t wait to see what you do!

@@bleekza Yes! I finally had a chance to get it racked up and explore it a little bit. Right away I'm loving it! It reminds me of the oscillator section from the BL EOS semi modular, but with more glitchy capabilities! Right away I'd say try throwing a ramp up or down saw wave into input A, a sine wave, or even some more unique weird waveforms. It unlocks so many more wave shapes, like an alt firmware.

@@RobotsAreRed Can't wait to see how you use it! I didn't really understand what the fuss was about and then 5 minitues into playing around it shot right up to my top 10 favorite modules.

finally get to hear hatS .. sounds similar to TR-808 hihats but not as harsh which is great because 808 hihats are very harsh and difficult to utilize in my opinion.. I have the Tiptop Audio hats808 but don't use it nearly as much as my other hihat opinions.. the snare sounds fantastic too .. getting modules both modules soon.. and finally figured out the Mini Digital LFO module..

That Digital LFO is fantastic. I don't have that module exactly, but it is built into the EOS semi modular and I use that LFO a lot.

@@RobotsAreRed ..yes it is.. I also have the Phobos Lunar LFO which is great but the DELAY LFO on the Digital LFO is really interesting.. I multiply the trigger signal being used (Trigger Riot).. send one to the Trigger in on a sound source/voice..the other copy to the TRIGGER in on the Digital LFO.. that way the LFO can follow a sound and TRIGGER the delay LFO with each new trigger ..I also send it a Gate from a Circadian Rhythms (because it's easy to draw Gates on it live) to the GATE in the Digital LFO.. if Gate is selected on the switch that is where the LFO starts.. it's almost like painting it in which is fantastic.. whereas the TRIGGER is time delayed based on the delay knob setting and superb too.. you can have both patched and switch between them.. it offers two different options that compliment each other .. originally mentioned it because I was proud of myself for finally putting in the time to understand it..

I am skipping through this video and 90 % of the time i hear you talking. And at the end a jam with all kings of stuff so you still can't proberly hear the modules.

This is a great presentation of these modules. I mean, you can hear the sound of both modules all the way through the video🎉....😅
