When i made this video i didn't interpret the rules correctly. I assumed with my size drone, as long as i wasn't within 50m of a person drone flying was allowed. I also assumed populated areas meant around large groups of people. Hence i flew early morning with no one around. Its now clear to me flying in town is not really permitted without permission. I now fly strictly in open countryside or area in towns its permitted. Here is a general list of rules
Check for restricted airspace
Stay below 400 feet
Dont fly in built up areas
Dont fly within 50m of a person or property
Dont fly with 150m of crowds or built up areas
Keep line of sight

This is great! It's brilliant to see the town where you live from the air! I hope you do more around Redditch, If I see a drone flying over Winyates Green, I will know it's you ! :)
