I bought mine 2 weeks back at Take alot, received them last week but now they froze I can only listen to music when I plug the aux cable only😔 please advise
Hello there hope you doing well. Seeing that its still very new I would say send it back to Takealot with all the stuff cables and headphones with the original box and even the instruction manual and ask to change it for a other one and in the ( reason ) why you want to exchange it you must tell them in detail what it do. It sucks that your one is doing that but I am sure they will help you very quickly cause you don't have it so long. Please don't take long with sending it back cause then it is more days by you and take longer to get the new one. Also when you get your new one please try every thing so you know it works. I feel what you say, but sometimes the shops don't have the headphones you looking for or they don't know of the headphones you talking about and most of the time poeple find this one but i do appreciate you comment's

It's like most headphones you adjust it on the sides so keep the ear cup and the head band end an then pull up or down slowly so it slides up and down on the sides. Get the volkano phonic, they have a bigger battery and bigger drivers for more sound and they are the same price

I got the phonic. They aren't as loud as the lunar and they aren't as comfortable.
