Why is it only the Norths that are confused about restructuring the nigerian governance.
..I don't know if they will understand reconfiguration of nigeria.

@@donmazi9551 Isn't the union of the Nigerian South and North a decision that was made by a third party ? Understandably, the Northern economy wasn't thriving during the union. However, we can work together in this nation because the north has things to offer the south and vice versa.

Japan became the third economy of the world with no resources, and zero English by the way. Nigeria has ample resources with a lot of English. Yet, look where we are.

The interviewee (U. Bugaje) does make a valid point about evaluating leaders based on competence rather than just a token constitutional consideration of their minimum educational qualification and the evidence of incompetence is abundant through out the rank and file of today's government and public officials in Nigeria.

One thing that is very glaring that most Nigerians have not acknowledge so far is, we have a 21st century Usman Dan Fodio in Aso Rock. From every indication, Buhari is a Fulani jihadist. He hasn't hide his policies and agendas, the problem is that Nigerians haven't been smart enough to understand that they have the second coming of Usman Dan Fodio to finish the conquest of Nigeria. Boko Haram, Meyetti Allah, Ruga, water resource bill, appointments of Fulanis to position of authority, free visas to Fulani immigrant, Fulani banditry, etc. are all tied to get Fulanis foothold in every part of Nigeria for the conquest. Governor Bala of Bauchi made the secret know on his interview with Channels TV. @. The agenda is put fear in the community, conquer, and take over. If Nigerians reject ruga, he come up with cow colony, if they reject that, he goes to water resources control. He is extremely desperate to get this conquest going, he will not stop until he achieve some form of starting point for the conquest. Hausas own most part of Northern Nigeria, but today, they are slaves to the Fulanis. All the emirates in Northern Nigeria are run by the Fulanis who are immigrant to Hausa Northerners.

I acknowledge that it's totally wrong to have one ethnic group in key position in a federation. Can you use the action of one person to generalized the population of a region. I think that is stereotyping and it's wrong. What you are putting forward is conspiracy theory.

Those of you still discussing the issue of restructuring (Dele Farontimi) will meet us that have seen that the Fulanis are not ready to restructure for one bit on the other side of the divide which is division of the contraption, those calling for restructuring think they are dealing with humans, not knowing they are dealing with a stone age mentality set of people who are anti development who see equity as a threat to their existence.

Sovereignty belongs to the people. Whatever creation which the people are not involved, consulted or consented to is illegitimate and cannot be justified, and that includes nigeria.

@@festusigiewe2914 the SGR project linking Kano to PH is starting from PH, not from Kano. To make it equitable, it should start from both states and be linked in the middle. Similarly, the Ajakuta and to warri. The mambila power project is a mirage that has not been included in the 2020 project, it's just a lip service given to the the people. I agree two university are situated in the north, but it's a lack of priority by the government. This is because BIU is in maiduguri and the state has been experiencing an insurgency, this money can be used to get drones that can be use for surveillance and other things. Katsina is also experiencing a banditry problem. I can assure you that if we have good leadership that can provide us security, electricity, relevant infrastructure and job opportunities, we won't be discussing about dissolution.

@@ahmadbugaje809 Thanks Ahmad for your patient and enlightened argument. The point I made was that everything Buhari had a northern component to it. I know some were neither started nor will they end during his time.
I agree with you about priorities. What about the East-West Railway or the East-West Highway? Federal Roads are the worst in Nigeria, yet FG warns everybody to stay off.
Unfortunately, Nigeria fell into the' '
      crude oil trap'
Northern Nigeria's vast arable lands and hugh mineral deposits make it very attractive but negated by lazy thinking and an obstructive federalism. The golden era of crude oil is gone. The future belongs to gas and renewable energy, yet the North Is fixated on crude oil.
One thing is clear. A Federal State will liberate Nigeria from her current debacle and unleash her potentials. Our national 'constitution' is a sham concocted to serve very narrow interests. The chickens are already coming home to roost. The sooner proper action is taken, the better for her future.

Nigeria is never one and will never ever be, anybody that thinks that there is anyway or anyhow that will make nigeria to work is just wasting his time.
