After watching these videos for the last few months+...I've been addicted to Boba ( thanks Cris!) and also I find myself trying the foods you guys eat....just can't bring myself to try the octopus balls though!!
Hi angel and crystal great place China town Singapore great food you both ate looks fantastic loved crystal new necklace of stitch and t-shirt of winnie the pooh great sovernoir shops
There are so many cool souvenirs you can buy in Chinatown Singapore which are unique and adorable. Back then there weren't any fun souvenirs to buy but now you could not resist buying some souvenirs for yourself or friends. Lots of love and blessings.
So Chinatown in Singapore first developed under an 1822 urban plan by Lieutenant Philip Jackson under the vision of Sir Stamford Raffles (who's considered the founder of contemporary Singapore). The street architecture of Chinatown's buildings combines different elements of baroque architecture and Victorian architecture. Many of them were built in the style of painted ladies like the houses in San Francisco. There's also Portuguese influence as the style used in Chinatown was introduced by those early Chinese immigrants who had knowledge of the Portuguese architecture of Macau, Malacca, and Goa. Chinatown became overcrowded within decades of Singapore's founding in 1819 and remained such until many residents were relocated at the initiation of Singapore's Housing Development Board in the 1960s Mixue Ice Cream & Tea was founded in 1997 by Zhang Hongchao in Zhengzhou which is in China's Henan province. They've had over 22,500 stores across China and expanded to Southeast Asian countries like Singapore! The Merlion is definitely a Singaporean icon! The lion refers to a tale where a prince believed they saw a lion and named the island Singapura, Sanskrit for "lion city". While the mer part refers to Singapore's beginning as a fishing village. The Merlion was created in the 1960s by Alec Fraser-Brunner for the Singapore Tourism Board to market the then new nation and it stuck ever since.
The Stitch Necklace is Pure Awesome-ness, i knew Crystal has gr8 taste in character jewelry! Also a super fun video guys, so when are you headed to Japan or are you already there. Because you guys already showed a couple of Japan videos, well all i gotz to say is.... HAVE FUN PTW, as i know you will!!!
You must go to Maggie's in Liang Seah Street, it's off Victoria Rd but the other end of the street, the food is brilliant, she was a good friend when I lived there xx p.s. Try the pawn shops for gold, my favourite was at Tampines!
OMG!!!! The pork chop 🥩 with rice 🍚 looks "DELICIOUS" 😋. YUMMY!!! Everything is so cheap there" 😉👍🏽 Crystal that stitch pendant necklace is gorgeous!!! 🥰 Love your T-shirt Crystal 💜
💕💕 When you get to Japan I hope you do the challenge to buy a selection of mystery Gashapons for each other, and then open them at the end of the video to see if you like what you got 🤞🏻🤞🏻
I would love to eat and play my way through Singapore haha Asian countries love making gold everything and they seem to be much cheaper and look better too.
They opened a Din Tai Fung in Glendale California. At the mall which also had a Kura Sushi in there too. So if you ever come out to Southern California you know where to go to eat. Love the BTS videos. Glad your having a wonderful time on your tour.
I miss Pork but my body does not lol.I have allegory to pork, it makes my body swell.. Makes me feel really sick , I miss it though bc it taste so good.. especially bbq
Hey Angel and Chris, do they have slot machines there and if so can you show us what they look like? And does China and Japan and them have slot machines too? Just wondering. Thank you! Hope you're having fun!
We appreciate you watching, but you have to understand that traveling is expensive, and having sponsors like this helps offset the overall costs. We rarely do sponsored videos, especially on this channel. Thanks for watching!
Din tai feng is overrated and overpriced. Neighbourhood tzi char is better with the wok hey. I think you will have a sad time in our arcade. Claws are adjusted unfairly and the government is even controlling the prize pool now/soon.
If you think boba in Singapore is cheap you should just cross the border to Malaysia and see the even more outrageously cheap boba and in general food prices
So you guys only eat Chinese food in Singapore? Come on, we're multi racial. Try food from other cultures next time. We are not just Chinese. You can find Chinese food and Chinatown in your own country.
After watching these videos for the last few months+...I've been addicted to Boba ( thanks Cris!) and also I find myself trying the foods you guys eat....just can't bring myself to try the octopus balls though!!

We will have to do that next time we are there!
Love your videos. Can you tell me which gold shop in chinatown did you buy the stitch pendant
The rice looked like Nasi Goreng! It used to be my favourite take away dish years and years ago. Sadly it was from the U.K. and not Singapore 😄
Looks like a Chinese restaurant, so it probably their version of fried rice. To be honest, Malay or Indonesian nasi goreng taste better.
You’re living your best lives! Have a blast wherever you are! ❤️
Whoot whoot 2mins and I am here.

GLAD that you both are having a good time in Chinatown in Singapore ❤😂❤😅

I always suggest my fam to get me food as souvenirs (vs things) when they travel.
They opened a Din Tai Fung in Glendale California. At the mall which also had a Kura Sushi in there too. So if you ever come out to Southern California you know where to go to eat. Love the BTS videos. Glad your having a wonderful time on your tour.

There are casinos in Singapore, but it's illegal to record inside them.
@@AngelCris thank you for answering me. Can you guys do some more food and figures claw machines .

We appreciate you watching, but you have to understand that traveling is expensive, and having sponsors like this helps offset the overall costs. We rarely do sponsored videos, especially on this channel.

Din tai feng is overrated and overpriced. Neighbourhood tzi char is better with the wok hey.
I think you will have a sad time in our arcade. Claws are adjusted unfairly and the government is even controlling the prize pool now/soon.
😂so it's not just Singaporeans commenting cheap food and everything else in other parts of SE Asia
My birthday is on Saturday so if anyone wont to send me something my P. O. Box is in my videos
If you think boba in Singapore is cheap you should just cross the border to Malaysia and see the even more outrageously cheap boba and in general food prices
Better don’t go there! It’s to dangerous if you cross the border to malaysia! There are too many robberies there!
Hahaha smell
Why would Singapore have a Chinatown? Shouldn't they have America-towns ?
Nah, I don't think there are enough Americans in Singapore to warrant having a "America town"...
So you guys only eat Chinese food in Singapore? Come on, we're multi racial. Try food from other cultures next time. We are not just Chinese. You can find Chinese food and Chinatown in your own country.
Girl your eyeshadows look crazy 🫣 might want to work on that 🙈
Angel is so cheap and selfish!! It’s sad
