I caved and bought the Haru Haru probiotic essence a few weeks ago…and I LOVE it! I’ve got dry leaning, normal skin and it’s so moisturising, rich and leaves a nice layer. I love how thick it is, not sure how it’d go in summer here in Australia, but for Winter/Spring it’s perfect!
I am glad to see this review. It is on my list to try, and I also lean dry/normal, especially so in winter. I am currently working through the About Me rice toner and it is also a lovely, thick nourishing one, with all the ceramides and cholesterol in it.
I really love how informative your videos are and how you explain about ingredients :) I'm currently testing many of the products you have recommended in your previous videos and I'm loving them! I was interested in that Haru Haru one before watching this video but you saved me because that product would have been too thick for my oily skin.

Haruharu seems to be more moisturizing than the original laneige and has the same creamy feel of Dr. C but in a more medium weight feel without the watery hydration.
I couldn’t agree more when it comes to the HaruHaru toner…… I thought it would be like Manyo panthenol essence…… But it is just to moisturizing for me to use… And Queen you look amazing in today’s vlog

I got this for $17: Be the Skin Retinal Bakuchiol Serum. Please review it if you can!! im not doing advertise or anything, but it had such an immediate positive effect on my skin (soft, plump) and didn’t break me out or purge me-which usually happens to me when I use actives. So i really wanna tell ppl about it so they can see if they like it too
I love creamy toners! Celimax is one of my favourite brands, i I used that creamy toner and also the gel cleanser from the sam line and loved it. I also bought the Haru Haru toner, not yet used it but it sounds so good. I would love to try the Farmacy one, but because it is so expensive I will wait for a sale on cult beauty
Love your recommendations as usual! Will be considering the Celimax toner !! Also, would love to recommend you to try P. Calm products especially their light active line as I love their stuff for sensitive and dehydrated skin to help with evening the skin and strengthening your skin!

After watching I am happy that I already ordered the Celimax and HaruHaruWonder creamy toners to compare this upcoming winter. Last winter I tried the rice toner from Goodal and the oath one from Purito but I was a bit disappointed. So, fingers crossed this time.
I have the Flaskin toner and love it! I would say based on Kelly‘s review of the Haruharu here that Flaskin is a lot lighter. It’s watery and slightly moisturizing, while being hydrating and soothing.
Hi Kelly maybe the haruharu can be an alternative to the original Laneige cream skin? If so I will order it for the Winter season soon approaching. I have extremely dry skin and I loved the original Laneige for many years. My current alternative is the soon Jung sung omega serum 150mls (which I really like btw), but it’s lighter than the original Laneige was. I can take a heavier essence on my eczema prone skin and in fact my skin needs a lot of nourishment in every season living in Scotland (cold, wet, windy, central heat and some snow etc depending on the season). I’m just changing up my routine now as we’re into Autumn/Fall weather here. I finished up my lighter weight products eg BofJ dynasty cream (enough for Summer but too light in other seasons) and am incorporating more oils/butters back into my routine. Best wishes x
I saw the PC milky toner at Marshalls last time I went for super cheap should have picked it up to try and I have had the Nacific uyu milk toner and ampoule in my cart all summer but I have never heard anyone talk about them. I have been using the Violet FR bum bum milk mist and it's a birch milk and I really like that too but it's pricey , it's a thin skim milk type but very moisturizing also been liking the ilia milk toner but actually like it as a primer . I need to try it as a toner but I have been more into my make Prem , Etude 2x, Kain Kambu and the Saraderue x Gothimesta Ginsing essence then serums then the Violet FR mist and moisturizer. Love that ginsing essence its alittle thicker very hydrating.

I wouldn't suggest using the 7 layer method with a creamy toner and if you choose to use the 7 skin you can skip out on serum/ampoules etc, it's meant to save time and not feel thick!
Maybe but it's not really formulated to have the properties of a final moisturizer. It's possible it will still be too heavy or will interact poorly with the oil on your skin. So if you are congestion-prone or otherwise have issues with heavy skincare I don't know if you'll be successful with this.

So happy to see you talk about the Uyu toner! I’ve had my eye on it as my skin (oily/combo but dehydrated often) seems to respond really well to milk extract! Also, finally tried Stratia’s cleansing milk as I believe you’d said in an Empties video it was your second favorite behind Sioris (which is also my favorite but I go through it quickly due to its thick texture)-WOW I am in LOVE 😍 Goldilocks conditions satisfied! The richness of Sioris, yet more of milk allowing me to use less-and did not irritate active blemishes/compromised skin! As an oily/combo girly, it’s hard for me to get away with cleansing only once a day in the PM, but using traditional cleansers in the AM were disrupting my barrier as I started using Rx actives from my dermatologist at night-milk/cream cleansers in the AM have been my solution 🥰
Yay! I'm so happy to hear velvet cleansing milk worked out for you! I hadn't realized it, but you're right, you can use less product with stratia in comparison to sioris!

It's a lot thicker and less watery than Tirtir, think creamy texture vs. skim milk texture, hope that helps!

How does the toners in the video compare to the merit milk toner? Is they as good/better suited for dry weather? ❤️
I've never tried merit so I can't comment on the differences, sorry!
