Welcome to next stage of the Assassin's Creed journey! :) This is one of at least two AC3 ambience videos. In this one I focused on Haytham and music tracks which fit his theme. You can probably imagine what is next :) I hope you enjoy it!
Omg, ac3 was my very first ac game. Absolutely loved this game, its what got me started to go back and finish off the Ezio trilogy. Man so many memories just seeing and hearing all these themes.
I was wondering for a lil while when you'd make an ambiance for Assassin's Creed III. This is my favorite Assasin's Creed because it's the first one I played as a kid and was happy to see how the end of Desmond's story went. I just adore so much of this game from the story, writing, themes explored, the gameplay (personally) and great characters like Haytham here and Connor. And the score is AMAZING. Lorne Balfe is one of my favorite composers because of this game and he really elevated his orchestral work with the musical storytelling of this Assasin's Creed as he did in Revelations with Jesper Kyd the goat. Thanks for making this ambiance man 💙
Wow, thank you for this comment! :) I agree that the soundtrack drifted in an orchestral direction which is pretty epic :) There are definitely some standout pieces, especially those which incorporate the main theme of the game. Though for me personally it lacks some iconic ambience tracks like City of Rome of ACB. In my opinion the city tracks of ACIII cannot hold up with Jesper Kyd's city scores. Nonetheless I really enjoyed pondering the soundtrack and choosing some beautiful pieces :) Be excited for the next one!
