Cinematic] A trip to Wakasa town that retains the atmosphere of the old days

This video shows a ride on the Wakasakura Railway that runs through Wakasakura Town, Tottori Prefecture.
The train runs 19.2 km from Wakasakura Station to Koge Station, taking about 30 minutes.
Tottori Prefecture is famous for its persimmons, most of which are produced in Hachigashira Town, where Wakasakura Town is located.
At Wakasakura Station, a 5-minute walk will take you to a warehouse street, which offers an old-fashioned scene.
In March 2020, the station building was renovated under the design of Eiji Mitooka. In conjunction with this, three of the four cars owned by Wakasakura Railway were designed by Mr. Mitooka, and visitors can enjoy the stylish retro interior.
A wander on the Wakasakura Railway was a chance to reminisce about the old days.
