I would just like to say thank you for your town walk round videos you’ve compiled in the past, they’re really informative.
I bet this was a lovely home at one point. I dread to think what happened to the owners to allow it to get into this state.

Many thanks for your kind comments and pleased you've enjoyed/found useful location vids. Re this villa sadly both owners have passed and been empty for sometime but really isn't that bad. Would be very easy and not to costly with the number of good local tradesmen locally to bring up to beautiful and even cheaper if you can do things like gardening and painting yourself.

As it says on details would consider any offer over 175k Euros which would make a great buy as if you can do the work could bring up to perfect and have something very unique. Villas with this size garden in this location that are refurbished well list and sell between 250 and 280k Euros. Thanks for your comment re the channel much appreciated.
