Delicious and easy no-bake cake. Follow everything as in the video recipe and you will succeed. Recipe with few ingredients.
► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
150g dried cranberries
150 g dried apricots
pour in warm water
Let stand for 5-10 minutes
150g dried plums
Since I have soft prunes, I don't fill them with water.
I have already drained the water from the dried apricots and dried them
30g gelatin
100 ml water
Let stand for 5 minutes
400 g of cottage cheese
100g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
grind until smooth
Melt the swollen gelatin in the microwave (approx. 2 times for 20 seconds)
Mix gelatin well
Shape 18 cm
7 pieces of lavash, depending on the diameter of the mold
add half of the prunes
add about 3 spoonfuls
Cover with pita bread and place half of the dried apricots on top
Add approximately the same amount of sour cream and curd mass each time
Cover with pita bread and add half of the cranberries
Repeat all layers
Cover the last layer with the seventh pita bread
5g gelatin + 20g water
200 g sour cream, 20 g sugar
Melt the swollen gelatine
mix well
Garnish with chopped dried fruits
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
