They have replaced both the fan unit and the remote with no luck. The problem seems to only exist if you use the timer feature (auto shut off). Otherwise it works like a dream...
I hate my dual air and find it a complete waste of 💰💰💰. It’s constantly crashing our whole system to the point where we can’t get the remotes to do anything. The worst part is, I told the Sleep Number salesman that I didn’t want it. I had to go out to the car for a minute and when I was out he got my husband to sign off on the dual temp.
I still have mine. But it doesn't work well .....only cools one side. I Haven't figured out what's wrong yet. Customer Service ended at the mall when I bought it.

Just got ours a week ago. Remote holds 2 batteries, on our third set of batteries. In a hard ER loop. Don't buy it.
bought 2 today.. will see but living in the desert i felt it was worth a shot.

Which one do you have though? I believe they have 3 newer versions of it out now, the newest version seems much nicer than the old.
Mine's not one but loud and it's at the very least five years old.
