Tagaytay is much higher kasi it was once an ancient volcano. A super volcano that if the highest peak in Tagaytay is now 700masl, the peak of this super volcano is 4 to 5 times higher. Tagaytay was just the foot of this ancient volcano. Philvocs has an article about it.
pressure has been good already actually. before when i was growing up it wasn't good but 20 plus years after, pressure has been great. asked around kase in different areas in antipolo and they never had a problem with water pressure. some areas were as high as 1100ft above sea level.
Tanay is actually half the height of tagaytay. Tagaytay is much colder during certain times of the year, but tanay still has its raw mountain charm. Hopefully no overdevelopment happens here hehe

can you mention which village use deep well vs waterworks such as manila water.
