This is video footage of the inauguration of George W. Bush as President of the United States. This footage is official public record produced by the White House Television (WHTV) crew, provided by the Clinton Presidential Library.
This footage was shot by the permanent staff of the White House Television Crew under the Clinton administration. This is the final piece of video footage they shot of President Clinton which was assimilated into the video archives of the Clinton administration materials. A similar piece of footage serves as the first WHTV video record that appears in the George W Bush Presidential Library's collections.
