Had one in the early 90's and boy does this video bring back how we road and in areas much like this video. Great !!!!! We WERE the X-GAMES before the X-Games, We were young and crazy and out real philosophy was " When In Doubt, ALL OUT" if you were not sure if you were gonna make it through an obstacles you cranked the throttle wide open and it typically worked out ! Very few people we rode with could keep up with myself and my best friend who had an CR-125 which felt like a kids toy when I drove it after driving my almost 300 pound KLX-650. Yep even had to take a 45 minute ambulance ride once from a remote location back to our local hospital . Once healed, I was back on it wide open again !! Ahh to be young again, Enjoy while you can !!!
Thanks James for your comment . I broke the engine 6 months ago. Was very hard to find some parts. but finally its back in my shop. Next summer new videos . have a great day !
I've owned the 2008 KX 450...FAST! I now have a 95 650 KLX R. One of my favorite things is to run with the newer 450s and watch the surprise on their face when my 650s power comes on!
Those Kawasaki KLX650 pigs are absolutely amazing. I just finished building a Kawasaki KLX300 and am planning on looking at a Kawasaki KLX650 next week if it doesn't sell by then. Great video.
