Watching this after getting off our aug 2022 cruise (on allure) and....man do I miss the empty ships! We were on Odyssey in sept 2021 and there were so few passengers, each person could have had their own personal crewmember and there would still be crew left! It was fantastic! No lines, no waiting, lots of space, no elevator crowds...truly a treasure.
You guys are the triple treat: high quality videography, very knowledgeable and informative content, and very enjoyable and entertaining! We love cruising and can't watch enough of your great videos! And, yes, of course, we are subscribers!

Yes glad you guys showed us Bright Line, didn’t know this existed. My lady and I may be doing a 4 day Royal Caribbean cruise in May and we will definitely use this. It’s coming to our neck of the woods in Los Angeles which will run to Las Vegas.
I watch these on the Oculus because it feels like I’m there. I watch several cruise review RUclips channels but you make me feel like I’m on vacation my friends and that is awesome!!! You are so fun and happy, you are really a joy to watch.

I travelled around the World for 30 years - found the best thing was to pack everything in plastic bags socks in one underwear in another shoes in another etc - as in a lot of countries security required you to empty your case out on a table so repacking was easy putting the bags back in your case

We are looking to book with Royal Caribbean for next year and I recalled watching this video two years ago and said to my husband I wanted to go on the one Ben and David went on! We are re-watching today! This one looked the most appealing to me. We had been on the Allure 10 years ago and my husband was in our stateroom sick with Noro and missed it. We are looking at itinerary’s but most excited about this ship! My husband , not usually watching with me, said you both do the best at describing a cruise ship while making it entertaining. Great content and easy to watch. You both have a talent with effortless looking videos! Thank you!

Great show! Glad to see lifeguards at the pools now, shown in your video . We were on the Christmas sailing on the Allure, 9 years ago for my parents 50th anniversary and we almost had a tragic death. My young sons got away from us as we were gathered near the pool talking, 20 plus of our family. My 4 year old got into the pool and was drowning and my 5 year old saved him. It happened so quickly and we had no idea because there were so many people blocking the view of the pool. Thankfully for a happy ending and my 5 year old being aware and a swimmer on the swim team , knew what to do to save his brother. I’ll have to say I was shocked that they didn’t have lifeguards at the pool. First time watching and really like you two! I’ve been on 15 Royal Caribbean cruises, this one looks amazing!

3:30 in the morning here in CA, watching your video. I think this vlog is the best you've done. It brought a constant smile to my face, throughout, and many hearty laughs. (I needed that as I woke up feeling anxious.) You're a great team and both very talented; each offering your unique 'take'. Ben, you're a riot; keep it up! You bring good info; entertainment; and reassurance (as well as excellent cinematography) to the masses who are curious about cruising. How I wish I could feel as relaxed as you two about boarding a ship (at this time). We're booked on the Odyssey for a spring transatlantic cruise. My husband, 83, is feeling insecure about cruising for fear of infection. Sailing for two weeks far from land seems 'precarious' (at this time). We've taken many transatlantic cruises before this pandemic...two each year...never fearful... enjoying them all. He's now leaning towards flying, instead. Despite good health, I feel 'iffy' being Seniors and more vulnerable on a cruise ship.
David, what does America smell like??? Glad to learn about the Brightline service! Like those round tables in the dining room. Hope no bad kids toss things over the edge there, though. Lovely new ship. Hope to watch other vlogs and see if you had great time!

Thanks for the info on Brightline, next time we're home in FL we'll try it, hopefully it will be operational from Orlando by then. The secret to no wrinkles! Fold the arms in to the front and roll it, not real tight and not real loose either, try to do it smooth. Pants and shorts, fold them so they lay flat on the side, then roll them the same way. We have been doing this for years, never any wrinkles. If I bring a suit we lay it flat, with the arms folded to the center in the bottom of the suitcase in a bag and pile everything on it, same with my wife's formal dresses, if it's too long we leave one end out of the suitcase then fold it over on the top after filling it with the other clothes. No folds, just rolls.......That's about it. the dog

Must’ve said this a thousand times but “I absolutely love your videos.” Watching your blogs with my mum is my favorite pastime. And don’t worry about the creases. I was so worried on a Viking River cruise I was on in 2022 and another man came up to me and said “Don’t worry about how you look. We are all living out of a suitcase. And most of what you were will be reworn and wrinkled. But I wouldn’t be the only one.”. Ever since then I don’t worry. Thanks for such amazing entertainment.
Thanks for showing us that there is a vegan section in the buffet. Its about time that these cruise lines understood what vegan meant and set aside a few goodies for us. I hated having to pick off from other dishes or explaining at length to a non-ESL person what it was that I wanted for my dish. Great video. Welcome to America! 🇺🇸
The Sail Away part made me cry.....Lovely..can't wait for our cruise on Wonder of the Seas in may ! We buy the drinks package on day 2 or 3 of a 7 day cruise..save then , as it's less days . Because first days I'm tired and not up for booze
I’ve found that bringing a small spray bottle and filling it with WATER works pretty well at de-wrinkling clothes (no need to buy a special spray). Then hang them up on a hanger and let them dry (doesn’t take too long). This way doesn’t waste as much water as running an empty shower.
Okay, we are sitting in 29-degree weather and you guys get 85-degree sunshine. WOW, what an amazing ship and that buffet is to die for. Shame about Puerto Rico because that last time I was there they had a great gold market. Looking forward to the rest of your cruise.
Thank you so much for taking the time to mention the vegan options here. My wife and I have been on loads of cruises with many cruise lines. Its been hit and miss to say the least. My wife is vegan due to food allergies and has been made poorly in the past. It has been a good few years sine we did a RC cruise so may well give it another try. We would love it if more content creators took the time to mention some of these options.

I've been enjoying your channel plus you are the sweetest couple! Anyhoo, just wanted to make a suggestion regarding reducing wrinkles when packing. If you try rolling as opposed to folding that can help. I do the shower steam trick as well. Take care and stay wonderful!

I tend to find the best way to have cloths good to go right out of the suitcase is instead of folding... Roll them... All your tshirts for example on top of each other in 3 - 5. Roll. Shorts.. Roll.. Pants... Roll... Is it 100% not always depending on volume taken and packing in flights etc... However is much better.

I Find Rolling clothes allows you more space to fit everything in and avoids creases, cos things that are folded have weight pressure so crease more.

I tend to find the best way to have cloths good to go right out of the suitcase is instead of folding... Roll them... All your tshirts for example on top of each other in 3 - 5. Roll. Shorts.. Roll.. Pants... Roll... Is it 100% not always depending on volume taken and packing in flights etc... However is much better.

It’s funny you mention doing a job interview on a cruise, which is actually what I did on my last cruise, from my state room. Didn’t get the job, but the cruise was brilliant!
