I personally don't care for Darth Thanaton. I found him rather boring, which is concerning since Sith have always interested me. I felt the final villain in the Sith Inquisitor storyline should have been Darth Zash. She was cunning, charismatic, had interesting goals (Plus in her normal state was quite the looker).
It would have been nice if you helped her defeat Darth Thanaton and gain power in the Dark Council, and with you being a Councilor too, but at the end, she turns on you when her time runs out and she has to take your body. At first, she genuinely likes you and wants to work with you, but then she eventually comes to the conclusion that she has to take over your body to prolong her life at the end of the story.
Thanaton is a loser. He is a big baby who starts fights, then runs away from them when he is losing, then cries to others to finish his fight for him. What a bitch.
@@ariald869 I get your reason, but looking at his backstory, you see his motivations that he joins the Siths to get stronger to kill all the Mandalorians, the whole the force brought him back to live was a bad writing part, but Maul still lived off his hate. There's much to the force many don't know like how the force can let the jedis spirits live on, after death.
Your skits are quite the ambitious ambassador that the swtor RUclips community really needs, and I think that's going to help form your channel to be something that people are going to enjoy. The swtor RUclips community seems to fall in line with the same similar type of videos except for a select few, and I think you are one of the few. Keep up the good work Loronline.
Really nice comment man! Thanks for the feedback. I'm glad you like my style of content - I wasn't so sure if people would take to the humor (Because my humor is well... Niche at best.) so hearing positive feedback is very encouraging! I'm trying my best to keep my content unique from other RUclipsrs, it's partially the reason why I'm not doing guides or "anything along those lines" (Because it's all been done before or is being done as we speak.) So TOP 10s, Machinimas and Discussions videos felt like the right way to go! If you have any recommendations, I'll happily give them a go - as I'm trying to come up with new content that the community can really get involved with ^_^
Darth Baras should've been higher, everybody is taking him for a joke because of his bt4, but his VA, the writing for him, everything about his character is "textbook sith".
He was no doubt a Sith... but he was rather blind to what was going on around him. He let his apprentice run circles around him, and you'd think a member of the dark council would have better control over those they train. Also his speech to the dark council at the end for making him "The Voice" was just weak at best, he let his guard down and lost face - something a sith should never do; which is why he's 10th on this list ^-^' Thanks for the comment! :)
Cool top 10, glad you took the Lord of Hunger as number 1. One of the coolest characters in the KoToR era I think. Personally, I prefer Darth Sion, the Lord of Pain, as he reached a level of immortality any other Sith could only dream off.
I completely agree. He has the most interesting story I think personal in comparison to any other Sith - The reason I like him the most honestly is because he's not immortal like most Mary sue Sith, He's just incredibly powerful! which is so cool - Thanks for the comment :)
Darth Thanaton was a bitch. He was selfish, he was closed-minded, he was cowardly and he was a hypocrite. A Sith Lord who cheats in his own Kagath and then flees from it after losing twice deserves NO respect from anyone. Even the Dark Council hated him. Darth Decimus was such a bro.(as far as Sith go)
Darth Marr is the best in my opinion. It was so refreshing to see a Sith who had a more complex personality. He strikes me as a very honorable warrior, who gave his all to defend the Empire at all costs. I like the idea that one can be Sith, and obliterate your enemies, but also have honor and fight passionately for what you believe in. He was willing to compromise and ally with Jedi for the greater good, which I guess makes him sort of like a grey force user-anyway, he inspired me to RP a light side SW and I like the story better that way. RIP Marr, you true patriot
There was a Sith Lord in the Jedi Campaign so i deeply respected. He was a sith with the biggest of honour. He can become a Jedi but still he was a sign that not all Sith are monsters.
I was kinda of expecting Jadus to be on there. Oh well. They should use Nihilus as the villain of a new expansion in SWTOR at some point. They all ready introduced "The Void" in Knights of the Eternal Throne which devours the Force.
cool video little bit sad that no darth sion and no darth treya is in this list but non the less good list found your channel yesterday and really enjoy it keep up the good work
Although a slightly underrated character, I would think Darth Jadus is also a good add to this list. Although his full capacity has never been revealed in game, but similar to Baras, his treachery, meticulous calculations, as well as being one of the only Siths to have direct influential affiliations with Imperial Intelligence insinuates enough malice and cunning to perhaps outwit even the most powerful Sith if the circumstance allows Besides, Watcher 2 even claims in-game that his power is "second to the Emperor's," for which is another reason to include him on this list
kg xgen Even better I believe there is a line from Valkorian if you play an Agent loyal to Jadus about how he was the best of the current Sith, but still flawed because of that same reason (being a Sith that is)
Thanks for the feedback! I really enjoy doing the little Skits at the beginning. It's a load of fun to record and edit - I'll try and keep it up in the future :)
7:00 Hindsight is amazing. If only you had known about Ossus and Meridian Complex when making this video. If I had gotten the option to join Malgus I would have.
This was really well coordinated, both videos popped up in my feed almost immediately after they was posted and they where posted at almost the exact same time :P If you want some suggestions on the next top 10 may i suggest a top 8 swtor class storylines or top 10 swtor companions :)
Nice top, but still I think it is really weird to not see Revan on that list. As he is times more powerful and influential than for instance Malak. And what is more he actually has quite a part in SWTOR. I agree that Bane is a very important Sith BUT cmon, he lived 2000 years after the events of SWTOR and cannot have any role in SWTOR. There are more than enough candidates in the mmo itself I don't really understand the reason to include 3 persons who very little connection with it.
Hey! thanks for the comment ^_^ the reason I didn't list Revan in this video is because personally I don't consider Revan a 'Sith' or a 'Jedi.' from my perspective he's more of a Gray Jedi (but that's just my interpretation) Also every other list I've seen mentions Revan and tends to focus in on him for the duration of the video (which ruins a lot of TOP 10 lists currently on RUclips.) As interesting as Revan's backstory is, personally i think his lore has become a bit boring and is very 'Mary Sue' in comparison to a lot of the other Sith mentioned on this list. Furthermore, Bane created the 'rule of two' which kept the Sith alive. sure they weren't as cool as pre-bane Sith but honestly it's what led to Palpatine and Vader and created the saga we all know and love today! and Bane was from the 'Old Republic' era... just he's a little ahead of the events of the MMO but nevertheless Bane's still very relevant. As for the Sith with little connection to the MMO I'm presuming you mean Malak, Bane and Nihilus ? I included Malak because Revan and Malak helped the Sith Emperor (Vitiate) create the foundations for the 'New Sith Empire.' Which more less forged the roots for the MMO we love today. I choose Bane for creating the rule of two as I said. And Nihilus because he has the most Lore rich backstory in the whole of the 'Old Republic era' [from my POV] not only is he the ideal depiction of a dark side practitioner but Nihilus is also very compelling as a character and philosophically speaking he's quite a mystery due to his 'Wound in the Force' backstory and storyarc in the original KOTOR games. Hope that adds some clarity ^_^ Thanks again for the comment! and I hope you enjoyed the video.
I have no idea what decimus really did aside from plan everything from his base of operations whilst we (the player) did nearly all the work. Plus Darth Nox and the Emperors Wrath should've been here too
I know she was never on the Dark Council, or even a Darth at all, but I am sad to see that Lana Beniko has no spot on this list. She has all the virtues of Darth Marr, and the intelligence and perseverance to rescue the Outlander and be the de facto leader of the Eternal Alliance. Yeah, the Outlander was the face and the one who did all of the great heroic deeds, but who was helping them with all of the little things behind the scenes. To paraphrase Lana herself, "It's your destiny to save the galaxy. Mine is to get you there." I think she deserves some recognition for that.
Well, as for me, the top ten in SWTOR is: 1. The Empire's Wrath 2. Darth Nox 3. Vitiate 4. Darth Marr 5. Darth Malgus 6. Darth Jadus 7. Darth Acina 8. Lana Beniko 9. Darth Baras 10. Lord Scourge
The list is well-composed and I find myself agreeing with much of it. However, you stated the Sith Emperor used Force Destruction on Ziost but I don't believe that is correct. Vitiate actually performed a similar ritual to the one he had done on Nathema, consuming all life on the planet. He was very similar to Nihilus in that regard, that he needed to consume the essence of others to satiate his hunger that was fueled by his immortality.
It's been confirmed as force destruction :) Vitiate is not like Nihilus in that sense, He is not feeding off the planets; he destroys and simply consumes the planet of life. Vitiate is a force being while Nihilus was a wound of the force - Nihilus was using force drain on a global scale which required an immense amount of force energy which could not easily be produced by a mortal, the cost was a never ending hunger for force energy which Nihilus would never be able to fill. Whilst Vitiate/Tenebrae had mastered the force over millenniums of training and studying Sith artifacts which is why he was able to control the population of the planet Ziost (People that where weak minded from his perspective) and have them kill each other, this then lead to his use of force destruction to terminate the plant of life. Thank you for your comment ^_^
Loronline Indeed? Not that I am questioning you at all but could you cite the sources confirming it? Because the articles on Wookiepedia state something else and don't mention Force Destruction :)
The Sith Emperor is listed as a practitioner of Force Destruction: starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Force_Destruction What you're referring to is the "The Sith Ritual" he used in "The Old Republic: Revan" [The SWTOR Novel] Where he used a form of Sith Magic on the planet Nathema and he willingly persuaded the population of the planet to give up there force powers for him (In promise to make them stronger) Tenebrae then betrayed all his fellow force users and stole there power. (Which is why he's as strong as he is today.) The instant on Ziost was similar in the sense he used Sith magic to amplify the effects ... and if we were to fully analyses it, it would be fair to say it was his own form of Force destruction as he had external components that allowed him to preform the technique such as Sith Alchemy - but the base move itself was force destruction.
I will most certainly not counter that. I personally am reluctant to categorise what he did to Ziost as Force Destruction, keeping in mind the description here: starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Sith_Emperor%27s_ritual. It is said the ritual peformed on Ziost is of a very similar nature as to the one on Nathema, that those who died in the blast wave that their energy was used to fuel his immortality. This notion is supported in Chapter 7 of KotET where Lord Dramath says that his son experiences a constant hunger due to his immortality, that he needs to fuel and sustain it. It is why I compared Nihilus and Valkorion, them not being the same of course but their hunger for life could be of a similar nature :)
Valkorian did not leach the life from Ziost. He simply destroyed it and the Sith magic left behind (monoliths) manifested into Force beings - Unlike Nathema where the force was leached and is the reason all force users are weak there - To clarify, their energy is being sucked into the void to make up for the lack of force energy. This is not experienced of Ziost because the planet is not leached of force energy (That's why Valkorian has to protect the protagonist on Nathema and not on Ziost - the player can simply roam around Ziost as the force is still present) Also Lord Dramath is referring to Nathema not Ziost :) Thanks for your comment ^_^
For me, the best siths are 1- Darth Marr 2- Darth Nihilus 3- Darth Zash 4- Darth Jadus 5- Darth Malgus 6- Darth Vengean 7- Darth Angral 8- Darth Acina 9- Darth Baras 10- Lord Vivicar It's just my favorite siths list not the strongest :)
There's too much time difference between sith inq and warrior time line? What happens first? Because with inq you never see baras on the council but as warrior you never see thanaton too so, what story happens first? 🤔
Darth Bane was only around a thousand years before the battle of Yavin 4, putting his existence a good 2000 years ahead of SWTOR's timeline. Cool Sith and deserving to be on a Top 10 best Sith list, but he was not in the KoTOR era.
I'd say 1000 years should be fine for the KOTOR era - the only reason I said I didn't want to include Sith from 5000bby is because then people would fuss that I didn't include the mary sues - like Tulak Horde ... and all the other god sith. Not only did darth bane add a good surprise to the list, but he's only a millennium away which in SWTOR terms isn't that much - KOTOR happened 300 years before SWTOR, tenebre (vitiate) was about 1000 years before SWTOR, Revan's also been lurking around 300 years - just because he's not around yet doesn't mean he's not relevant ^_^ from my perspective Darth Bane saved the Sith by crating the rule of two, he preserved the Sith and put an end to the old way of having Sith betraying eachother on and off :) Thanks for the comment, I completely understand your point! I've just always seen bane as "the guy who fixed the old republic era Sith"
Loronline Fair point, Bane is nearing the end of the KoTOR era in that case though, but as you've said, he changed the Sith order from then on. Definitely at worthy Sith, but many people may taste some salt that he was on the list instead of Revan lol Personally, I think it's refreshing seeing a top 10 SWTOR era list without Revan in it for once!
Haha, yep already had a few comments saying "Where's Revan" and so forth - but honestly, he's more of a gray Jedi... so if I did a list on gray Jedi I would have to somewhat include him, which is a pain cause I've always seen Revan as a Mary Sue, same with Darth Nox... and all the other SWTOR protagonists (I just think they're all Overpowered gods with messy unconfirmed backstories. lol) ^_^ Anyway, thanks again for the comment!
Yeah Revan is more of a gray Jedi ^_^ I don't like including Mary sues too much - It's partially why I didn't mention any of the protagonists (i.e. Darth Nox or The Emperors Wrath)
Depends on what timeline your discussing. He became a jedi, then forced to turn sith, then returned to being a jedi. Just because you have walked on both paths, does not make you a gray jedi.
The rule of two was a shit idea on banes part. Having numbers in the sith is what made it great! Having an Empire, where the strongest rise to power and the weak are thrown away.
Malgus couldn't only contend with Shan but would of killed her on two desperate occasions if she hadn't of been saved. More over on the first occasion he nearly killed her in seconds of engaging her with his lightsaber
Nihilus shouldn't be #1 for a very simple reason: he was entirely consumed by his own hunger. He had no plans, no personality, nothing apart from a mindless hunger. He was powerful, but in the end he was nothing.
Darth Malagus deserved better than die in flashpoint.... He should have dedicated ops. but instead we kill freakin hutt with idiotic bell on his head in "karaga s palace"
but its unclear if darth bane was killed when he used basically palpatines trick against his appertinece it says i am zanna but we dont clearly know maybe bane said that so noone would know that he still was alive
"ultimately vitiate was too soft for a sith" destroyed 2 planets and the entire population on them and intended to devour the entire galaxy… killed his father when he was 6 and took over his planet when he was 10... oh also killed his mother as a toddler...tormented his wife and children possessed countless innocent children and tortured them to become his vessels. A dude who has god complexes like mad and who all sith feared. but nevertheless ye, Nihilus above everyone man, this dude always feels like the embodiment of the dark side and was my fave since I was a child playing kotor. Fuck everyone, alone for his badass design he should have been vitiate in the games. Nihilus>>>>> every other fuckin sw character
Vitiate was exactly the kind of Sith that no one likes, not even his own Sith bretheren. He and Nihilis were way too destructive, we are supposed to rule, and not over ashes
Well.... yeah, we need to know more about her i think before we can say she's Mary Sue! But that fight with Kylo was somewhat broken. we'll have to wait to Christmas to find out if she's truly "Broken" nevertheless thank you for your comment! :)
Revan is a gray jedi from my perspective ^_^ Also i didn't really want to include the protagonists in this video, or the Jedi video - Manly becuase every TOP 5/TOP 10 list on youtube is cluttered with Revan, The Hero Of Tython, The Emperors Wraith, Barsen'thor, Cipher Nine, Meteor, Scree, Nox and Voidhound. They're all the Outlander now, so it's all over the place! I thought it's best we just leave them to one side, and focus on the video's quality. I personally know Sith Lore 10x better than i do my Jedi Lore. Becuase i always priortise Sith playthrough over Jedi (Personal Prefrence.) Nevertheless i still thought Revan was a bit too "Gray" for this list! Thanks for the comment man :)
You state at the beginning of the list that this is the top 10 Sith lords on SWTOR and KTOR. Then you place Darth Bane in the list despite the fact that he isn't even born until 2000 years after the timeline of SWTOR... Why even make a list if you're going to absolutely strip it down just... because? I mean, you could have had Jadus, Scourge, or Lana Beniko on this list instead.
He from my perspective is Gray! ^-^' I might do gray Jedi at some point, but Revan is a little bit too "Mary Sue" from my perspective. Thanks anyway for the comment! :)
Darth Marr above everyone

Don’t want to be that guy but Bane wasn’t apart of the old republic timeline he was at the beginning of what was known as “the rise of the Sith Era”
malak over Revan? OK then...
Revan in my eyes is a gray Jedi. at the end of SWTOR both his light side and dark side fused into one entity.
revan is not always a sith
Loronline kinda reminds me of the recent story arc with superman called superman reborn
Revan is a mary sue

Darth Jadus definitely deserved to be on the list, higher than Thanaton and Baras.
Matt Coyle Thanatos ok, but Baras already played his role in other events in imperial history. I think Baras stands above them both
@@Mediados nox is unbetable and jadus is way too powerful for baras.

The Sith Emperor is listed as a practitioner of Force Destruction: starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Force_Destruction
What you're referring to is the "The Sith Ritual" he used in "The Old Republic: Revan" [The SWTOR Novel] Where he used a form of Sith Magic on the planet Nathema and he willingly persuaded the population of the planet to give up there force powers for him (In promise to make them stronger) Tenebrae then betrayed all his fellow force users and stole there power.
For me, the best siths are
1- Darth Marr
2- Darth Nihilus
3- Darth Zash
4- Darth Jadus
5- Darth Malgus
6- Darth Vengean
7- Darth Angral
8- Darth Acina
9- Darth Baras
10- Lord Vivicar
It's just my favorite siths list not the strongest :)
LEGO man Gasp! No Darth Traya?
There's too much time difference between sith inq and warrior time line? What happens first? Because with inq you never see baras on the council but as warrior you never see thanaton too so, what story happens first? 🤔
Nice top
darth zash from inquisitor campaign. she seems like a sweet old lady until you get to know her better
Definitely at worthy Sith, but many people may taste some salt that he was on the list instead of Revan lol
Personally, I think it's refreshing seeing a top 10 SWTOR era list without Revan in it for once!
Darth Marr at just 7?
*shakes head*
Next Top 5 Bobertos Moments.
I love Darth Marr!
I'm surprised Revan didn't show up in your Top 8 Jedi or Top 10 Sith. Personally, I think he should be number 1 on both lists.
I think he'd more count under top grey Jedi or perhaps force anomalies
Yeah Revan is more of a gray Jedi ^_^ I don't like including Mary sues too much - It's partially why I didn't mention any of the protagonists (i.e. Darth Nox or The Emperors Wrath)
Revan is not a gray jedi.
what would you call Revan?
Depends on what timeline your discussing. He became a jedi, then forced to turn sith, then returned to being a jedi. Just because you have walked on both paths, does not make you a gray jedi.
N. 3 Thats Clone Wars Yoda
why is there a renegade symbol from mass effect on the thumbnail?
have you ever heard the sad story of Darth Plagueis the wise
No ;)
well you wouldn't hear it from a jedi. It's a sith legend
No Jadus?
No darth Jadus? I personally liked that guy
f**king bane... Cannot stand it when he is on lists! Lawrence! What are you doing?! xD
Bane is bae! At least it wasn't Tulak Hord xD
What's wrong with Hord? XD
No not Tulak, I mean Bane, I dont really think Bane was much of anything...
I don't like Tulak Hord cause he's a Mary Sue ^-^' And the reason I like bane so much is because he created the rule of two. xD
The rule of two was a shit idea on banes part. Having numbers in the sith is what made it great! Having an Empire, where the strongest rise to power and the weak are thrown away.
Darth baras making a top 10 list? Hmmmmmm I thought he would only be good enough for a more wider list
He was powerful, but in the end he was nothing.
no it was a good video man but whats about Lana? She is a Sith Lord too. Or you only take council members? ;)
shit she found me OC.
I dont see Darth Traya or Darth Jadus in this list? Weird.
Yo where is Darth reven I was waiting him damn
I would have at least put Darth Reven (lol for how to spell his name) but other then that the rest were good.
He's a gray Jedi in my eyes :)
Ya see your point
haha yes i found you everywhere now tell me why i m not in?
Lana Beniko because you deserted the Sith Empire for the Outlander
Silesian Wrath she still is a sith
Dude Darth Revan should be on the list. Vaylin should be to
Darth Malagus deserved better than die in flashpoint....
No Darth Jadus?
darth baras i used to call him darth tubby
im surprised revan isn't on there
Revan is more of a gray Jedi from my perspective! Thanks anyway for the comment ^_^
Loronline I suppose yea
Yes Nihilus!! where is Revan? :o
ahh yes Revan! - I consider him to be gray personally ^_^ Thanks anyway for the comment! :)
Empress Acina so bad man.
I'm down bad :/
Meanwhile the Emperor is nowhere!
Learn from your mistakes Bioware! Dude didn't even have a NAME!
What about Darth Maul
Really? No mention of Jadus?
I was laughing so hard
"ultimately vitiate was too soft for a sith"
destroyed 2 planets and the entire population on them and intended to devour the entire galaxy… killed his father when he was 6 and took over his planet when he was 10... oh also killed his mother as a toddler...tormented his wife and children possessed countless innocent children and tortured them to become his vessels.
Darth Malgus (y)
your voice is like butter
Why thank you! ^_^ I ummm, I can't really take credit for that one - But means a lot to hear, thanks for the comment :)
no problem
You know who else is a Mary Sue? Rey
Well.... yeah, we need to know more about her i think before we can say she's Mary Sue! But that fight with Kylo was somewhat broken. we'll have to wait to Christmas to find out if she's truly "Broken" nevertheless thank you for your comment! :)
HEY WERE DID REVAN GO ?
Thanks for the comment man :)
where was revan on this list. He is the strongest an the coolest sith of all time
I think malgus should be higher
WHY IS MALGUS ONLY #6????????????
REVANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN

Why is revan on this list?
He from my perspective is Gray! ^-^' I might do gray Jedi at some point, but Revan is a little bit too "Mary Sue" from my perspective. Thanks anyway for the comment! :)
if you not agree leave a comment but actually nobody gives a damn about it.
Sith slime
That opening was so cringy. Fuck yes
why not darth revan as one?
Stupid Burburtos
Yes... Yes he is. ;)
