مدينة فاس القديمة و الغنية حضاريا و دينيا و علميا و ثقافيا(الزليج والرياض المغربي الفريد😊) مهد الحضارة المغربية و بها أول و أقدم جامعة في العالم بأسره(جامعة القرويين). تخرج منها أوائل العلماء في العالم في علوم: الرياضيات(الجبر و الهندسة) و الفلك و الفلسفة و التاريخ و الطب و الجغرافيا و هلم جرا،.. و الذي لم يذكر أثرها العالم الغربي و الذي لم يذكر فضل هذه الجامعة المغربية و علماء المغرب على ما و صل إليه العالم من تقدم و إزدهار في كل الميادين للأسف😮

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I completely understand the lack of recognition for Al Qarawiyyin and Moroccan scholars in Western narratives. The University of Al-Qarawiyyin has been a cornerstone of intellectual progress since 859AD contributing to field like astronomy, medicine, and philosophy. Scholars from Al-Qarawiyyin, such as Ibn Rushd and Ibn Khaldun, played critical roles in shaping both Islamic and European thought especially during the Middle Ages. It’s unfortunate that these contributions are often underappreciated in many histories but doesn’t diminish their profound impact on global scholarship. Their work continues to be relevant and inspiring today and it’s important to keep sharing this rich heritage so more people can appreciate it.
