BABYMONSTER decided to go the same way as their seniors BLACKPINK in that they don't have a leader. In an interview they mention that while they don't have an official leader different members will take the leadership role for specific things. Ruka is usually in charge of dance and dance practice. Rami and Ahyeon takes charge of the vocals.
Rora just gives off Jisoo vibe when it comes to speaking. Funny thing is that she is one of the youngest but gives off the mom of the group type vibe.
