Shawn that is an outstanding double bit axe head! If you don’t have the means to do electrolysis just soak it in white vinegar for a couple weeks. We never find double bit ones! We love finding keys! I use a handheld gps to mark my truck anytime I’m bushwhacking to a new cellar hole. Great video as always!
Thanks! Maybe we can try the vinegar method. It would be awesome to display! Shawn didn’t think he would get turned around in the woods, but as you can see it’s easy to do!
You're a beast Shawn, crawling around detecting on your knees like that!...lol. Way to hang in there and sniff those finds out! Enjoyed the video, good luck on your next hunt 👍
Some kool finds Shawn. When you find really old surface finds not in a worked field look around for ground hog or other burrowing animals holes they may have pushed it to the surface. Someone was probably out walking there dog and when they were deep enough in the woods they took the leash off the dog and put the leash in there pocket with just a bit of it sticking out and a small branch twig snagged it and pulled it out without there knowledge. You guys keep up the hard work!!
Thanks Chuck! That’s a good thought on the leash! Better than what we thought lol. We have seen that with the groundhog holes in the past. When we search for homesites we always check the mounds to see if there is any bits of glass or pottery that would confirm the homesites might be there. We also look at the pushed over trees from wind storms. The ones that still have the dirt attached to the rootball. Here is a good example of that in next weeks video! As always thanks for watching AND commenting!
Great finds there Shawn! Great double axe head. I would leave THE IHP you rubbed on your pants with the headress clearly showing just like that. Congrats and be safe!
Tick city😮!!!!! Check yourself carefully when you get home... I'm originally from the central part of Ohio.... You're making me homesick...😢I loved running the woods and creeks....where did the time go 😓.....
Nice spot Shawn! Next time bring the Legend instead 😆 Love the buttons and toe tap. That bell would have been a big one for sure! Keep an eye out for Sasquatch! I use my phone and Google maps if needed to get out. I have only ever been lost 1 time that took me a bit to get out of the woods. It can be scary if you don't know what your doing and in a huge set of woods! Wicked happy hunting!
Lol! Hey you never know what lived in the forest back then. Maybe it was? 😂 But Shawn left a 1% chance it wasn’t a stirrup. 😁 Thanks for the info! Also thanks for watching!
Thats a cool 1904, i would leave it as it is. The unknown iron piece you dug after, could that be part of a gun like a trigger guard? I have an old trigger guard that rang up same numbers.
Let’s go, let’s go treasure and adventure💕🌺✌️👵
2 of our favorite things! Thanks for tuning in!!
Ive watched this 3 times as there is so much to see and hear.
Love the history Shawn.

Having lunch & enjoying the show😁 It blows me away to see the cut stone & cellar holes out in the middle of nowhere 🤯💖💖...
It always surprises us as well!
Great finds there Shawn! Great double axe head. I would leave THE IHP you rubbed on your pants with the headress clearly showing just like that. Congrats and be safe!
Thank you! We think that IHP looked great like that too! The Double
Axe will get cleaned up some day too! You be safe as well!
Cool video Sean. Hope you get that axe head cleaned off. Represents a lot of hard work. Keep those videos coming.
Thank you and we do plan have it cleaned up and maybe rehung! Thanks for tuning in and commenting Martha!

Time does fly! Ticks didn’t seem to be as bad this past summer/fall.
Enjoy how you take the extra time to set up a second camera and the drone shots... Keep em coming!
Thanks Darryl appreciate it! See ya next week!
That was 🔥🔥🔥Shawn!!!!!!! Amazing old relics, sweet IHP's, cool spoon. Freaked me out a little at the end😱 Awesome job!!!!!!!💪 Thank you, Shawn💖
Thanks Mona! Being turned around a little in the woods is nerve racking. Glad you enjoyed the video. Be sure to come back next Saturday!
Deep into the forest there are many treasures, stay careful my brother, happy to see your adventures✨💪⛏️⚒️👌👍
Thanks for watching! And yep, plenty of old forgotten sites in the woods that hold history.

The legend always makes the trip (in the truck) lol. It’s definitely not a good feeling when you’re turned around in the woods! Thanks for watching!
@detectingpa8968 absolutely my brother!! Stay safe, have a great weekend and Wicked happy hunting!! 👊
I go out by myself all the time
Nothing wrong with that! It’s peaceful!
Would Bigfoot use a Minelab, Garrett, Nokta, or XP detector?
Bigfoot runs a Whites because he’s the OG.
wow just like me crawling on the ground and swinging that coil thats how i found my bank. love the hobby
Some of the best finds are in places that are hard to get to! You gotta try and swing everywhere! Lol
thats what i did down by the river and scored .im going back there in about a month cause its so hard to swing right now.
@@detectingpa8968
@@williamstewart1378 good luck! We are rooting for ya!
Love the hunt. Great finds and glad you found your way out!
Thanks! It’s a real uneasy feeling when you’re feeling lost.
The big iron looks like carpenters draw knives.
That's too small for a stirrup. The rider would have to be from the land of Oz lol😂
Lol! Hey you never know what lived in the forest back then. Maybe it was? 😂 But Shawn left a 1% chance it wasn’t a stirrup. 😁 Thanks for the info! Also thanks for watching!
Morning 👻☕
We are like Saturday morning cartoons! Haha. Good morning!

Possibly! Thanks for the info! 😁
It’s great when you have others
Agreed! It’s always much better when we are both along on the adventure.
Your second find looks like Parrr of sewing machine foot.
It very well could have been! We will look into that. Thanks for the info and for watching.
What drones do you guys use? We like watching your video's
They are both DJI drones that we use.
I’m Dwight from Saint Marys Pa. Looking for some guidance.
Best advice to give it to just get out and swing.
That tree was pushed down
Exactly! It was a little squatchy in there for sure! Lol
