Vash (Trigun) , Jonathan Joestar (JoJo’s Bizarre) , and Ichigo (Bleach) literally all have the same voice, and yet you can hear how different their personalities are. He might not have the widest range, but his acting is incredible.

The reason behind that is because its a callback to what they did in the 1st and 2nd games where the main character of the previous game voices a side character in the sequel
Both Johnny Yong Bosch ( 45 years old ) , Yuri Lowenthal ( 50 years old ) and Tara Strong ( 48 years old ) had voiced young characters despite being between 40-50 years old .
For some people it breaks the immersion to immediately recognize a voice, and his is immediately recognizable. I don’t personally feel that way but I can see the argument.
He makes Jonathan’s English va sound like a true gentleman and I only hear Lelouch ,ichigo and Jonathan in a way and yukio from blue exorcist and some Naruto characters
1:09 I don't know what it is but the voice he used for Hajime is just so satisfying (?). The tone is so smooth and calming i could listen to him talk in this voice for hours. Definitely one of my favorite VA's ever, he suited the voice so well with the character.
GOATED ANIME VOICE ACTOR Especially, he really shined in Danganronpa 2. He put so much emotions into Hajime's mental breakdown, I really felt the anger and hopelessness in his voice
