I Optimized AIP-Gores The Wrong Way... (6 Hooks Run)

As you can probably tell this run is segmented, meaning that I didn't do the whole run in one go. See if you can find all the cuts because some of them aren't so obvious :)
The run itself is literally insane. I don't see anyone doing the whole thing without fails in the near future. First freeze jump is very hard to get because of the low hight and the second one is not free either. After that you have a very difficult swing to skip the need for another hook. To top it all off you have to do a freeze jump with precise laser shot followed by a rocket jump from freeze.

while it is indeed spliced it still took a long time - about 2.5 hours
most of this time was spent on parts i mention in the descripiton but finding out the lowest number of hooks was also not obvious at all, for example i only noticed the 3rd hook strat when i already started rendering the previous parts xD
most painful parts: first freeze jump, thumbnail part

Is there a certain velocity you have to reach while falling down to do a freeze jump?

As far as I know you have to be touching the ground in the same tick you enter freeze, so the speed does help skip more distance per tick but to make it work 100% you have to fall very fast or find a fixed distance to jump from

So if your speed is too low you cant reach the floor in one tick thus no freeze jump
