It's just traditional military marching, I grew up with this watching this style of march, so your style seemed a little strange to me at first, but a have come to appreciate and enjoy watching both styles.

Those are good, I have actually been to a coronado high school football game and saw the band perform at homecoming, it was about 3-4 years ago, my brothers kids went to coronado so when I was visiting San Diego we all went to the game. We have many bands in our area (East Texas) that march your style. Our band is maore on the lines of the Texas A&M Aggies Marching band, but not of that magnitude of course. Thanks for posting!!

Almost Every band in East Texas is Military Style and there are few Corp bands (John Tyler Etc.) In East Texas but more corps than military every where across the United States

I never understood why they didn't put hash marks on the field at Rose Stadium.

why do you all march like this? your guys' style of marching is sooooo much different from our style of marching!!!!!! our drill consist of linear line, curves, ans so much more complex stuff. all you all do is march back and forth in a block covering down. thats so weird!

Don’t knock it til you’ve tried it! Military style marching also gives you a sense of pride and comradeship.
