You can be proud of what you have achieved. Only a Wits engineering student (and those who have walked on a journey with a Wits engineering student) will understand how well you have done ... engineering at Wits is not very easy. It takes a person of strong resolve and determination to reach where you have. My son just completed YOS1 in MIA ... and I have seen the immense pressure he had to endure thus far ... only a strong work ethic, a supportive family, good engineering friends (fellow students) and faith in God has allowed him to get through 2023.
Guys, when you ask questions like if they offer scholarships, media and film etc it seems you're being lazy. These are things a quick search on the Wits website will give you answers to. And if you can't do simple research then perhaps Wits will be too hard for you.
I earned my M.A. from there last year and it was super tough but definitely worth it. I now work for an NGO in Madagascar. Good luck guys and don't give up!

Thanks man for this full tour, i always grew up thinkng wits was glorious and out of this world😂... Its just like evry other varsity, reminds me of National university of Lesotho! (The only difference is the experts working in the schools) and other few academic resources.

NBTs is for Health Sciences applicants, if you applied for something under that you wont get it , others they dont care
It all depends on which course you applied for. If an NBT score is needed to finalise your acceptance, and you did not write it, you are probably not going to get in. How does the university justify giving you a spot over another student who met all the requirements. If your course did not require NBTs, then you are fine.

I did my first year when I was 26 years old. When i was doing my 3rd year, there is this guy who was such an inspiration, he was over 40 and was doing 1st year medicine. You're still young, go for it❤❤❤.
