The Hubris is not unfair. Having .45 swing speed is so bad that it makes the weapon unreliable. In this clip, the Hive lord's Hubris user was mainly using mantras over his m1's and criticals and you only got hit by his weapon twice. From personal experience of fighting around 7-8 users of this weapon, I can assure you its so easy to parry its almost funny. Also you can just interrupt them before the swing assuming they didn't proc Brutal Momentum. All in all, this weapon is cheeks.
