These Husqvarna axes are the short handle versions. It takes brute strength from the whole body to take them down. One tough dude. AWESOME VIDEO.
I do tree work and climb. This is ungodly impressive. I love the quarter split about 1 minute in. The sheer amount of time you are splitting with no break has my arms burning.

I dont know. A long handled still light but a tad heavy axe beats anything that could be considered a maul. Maul if so you can slowly lift and drop, not accurately and quickly split some trees up

That´s genius! He uses single-handed rotary movment of an axe instead of double hand rise and chop. Rotary movement can reach higher speed and that´s more power.
