- Disaster can strike any time and the winter holidays are no exception. Andrew Woodard was excited to open his Christmas presents, and so was his cat, Magneto. The spirited feline attacked Andrew, causing cuts that needed stitches. In Florida, a black bear rang a family’s doorbell, but not before beheading a snowman decoration. And in Mississippi, a little boy called 911 to caution police about the Grinch. #InsideEdition

@Louis Wendt He kinda needed to kill the dear, the dear would probably think that Ryan was gonna steal the tree away from him. Plus it was trashing his house and animal control was gonna take too long, he didn't know what the dear would do.
I truly don't think he had to kill the deer. Though I'm sure it could have caused damage to the home, he could have waited for animal control while locked safely in a room (bathroom, bedroom, closet, etc) and he would have been alright. Just a thought.

Naposwim Well the deer could have continued to run through his house and knock over things. It would have costed thousands of dollars if it continued to rampage and destroy things. Also, the more things it came in contact with, the more it would spread things like ticks and diseases that can be dangerous to not only humans, but other pets too. I’m not saying what he did was right, but you have to understand where he is coming from. You also don’t know the full story. He could have opened the door and it didn’t go outside, or it could have done something else that posed a threat. You also can’t get mad at hunters in general otherwise we’d have so much deer, there would be car accidents left and right.
