Any idea how close the conditions on the Lake were to those during the actual Battle? TY very much for posting this!
Judging by most of the painted pictures, it looked to be rather cloudy.
Not close at all. The actual battle had very light winds, which died out and then came up up to 5 knots or so. We had 17 knots at the beginning which softened to 10-15 as the battle went on.
It's a reenactment dude. Not everything is gonna be 100 percent correct
