I just worry about the gears wearing down over time. Maybe at least have a lever in the back of the head so you can move it side to side, and an LED for it as well.
Probably could use like a thin layer of colored plastic with a lower clear colored plastic so when it glows the light passes through and shines purple through the blue-clear pieces, and when off you only see the blue (because it's the top most layer) without sacrifying the plastic integrity.

What I'd love to see is an astray red frame with even more moving armor parts then are already in there. It already has a lot of intricate detail, but if they just went balls to the wall where they say "pff panel lining? what for? just make them all actual separate panels dummy."

fully convertable MG GP01/fb with all of the insane inner frame details as the PG kit. the massive vernier pods on the back of the core fighter have so much covered up detail in the PG that just screams "hatch gimmick"
I imagine Strike Freedom would be more likely, can look more *EXTREME* in terms of poses with everything shooting off it and then lit up. But also it hasn't had an MG 2.0 recently like the Freedom

I am getting it. I was going to replace my damaged MG Unicorn anyway. And this is everything I could want. I would love to see a Kshatriya where the EX is its shear size. There is also about a 100% chance they make the Banshee, which is fine by me. I don't own a Banshee.
Im really impressed with the MGEX Unicorn. I was going to get the PG Final Battle Unicorn but i dont have any room for it, and it would cost me alot more than this kit too. I like that the EX one can transform and has both the red NT-D and green Awakened for the led's. Im still looking forward to that Ver Ka Wing Zero too.
I think when they say the hg they mean the same way as how HMS Hood learnt from HMS Invincible not as in what to do but what not to do also the EXTREME Astray needs you to have a license as the katana can cut through people and the EXTREME RX78-2 will have steam come out of the vents and when you shake it the cockpit will turn into the Lucy in the sky with diamonds music video and will feature a core fighter that ejects and docks on its own with the light up guide beams to connect the two half’s together whilst playing 70s space opera anime disco music

Something that just occured to me is this will also be the forst unicorn kit that will come with 3 gatling shield without the rest of the full armor parts which i really like.
They did publish that video on GundamInfo, so it's not region locked anymore. Also they did the same thing with the boxes with the RG Unicorn. Limited box with the Unicorn Mode and a regular box with the Destroy Mode (though I don't know if it was P-Bandai limited or something else).
The LED unit is very similar in design to the PG Exia’s. I’m very excited to see how well this new grade performs. If it’s successful, I’d LOVE to see them make a more articulated, possible, stronger jointed, Exia.
I hope the astray’s extreme point is articulation(like the ability to cross its arms and to get the knees to chest level) so it can do some more human/natural poses as its one of the less mechanical/more organic looking suits with the G Gundam suits
If LED lighting is the main jist of "EXTREME", I expect a lot of 00 kits. However, some UC classics could potentially have great application of new LED tech.

I could imagine an interesting use of that LED band. Exia or 00, but not with a fully opaque plastic. If they could do a sort of translucent plastic for the body, then have red LEDs light it up into Trans-Am. That way you get both color schemes in one kit, plus green base LEDs for the GN drive(s).
That looks pretty sweet. Aside from the included lights in PG kits, I don't have anything with a high-end light feature. This might be the one to change that, and be the only one I have with said feature.
Super excited to see what the next couple of MGEX releases will be too. Would love a Kshatriya, Star Build Strike and 00 Qan[T] that can 'purge' armour to be like the end of the movie too
I can guest the next mgex will be either Exia or 00 raiser, there's already third party makes running led for 00 gn-driver, bandai won't let it slip too long, they will make the "original kit" with lots of extras.
Maybe the 00’s Mobile suits gonna have an ultra bright red LED sheet to light up under the plastic to make it goes Trans-Am. Maybe the plastic is made off multiple thin layers of plastic that sandwich the LED sheet between them.
00 Quanta can be a perfect candidate for the next MGEX line because the 00 Quanta have Quantum Burst mode and when it's activated, the condensers on the body will extend.
I'm feeling that the knee (and maybe elbow) joints are going to be more like what's on the G40. A single pivot point that just extends as the joint is bent, as opposed to the standard double pivot knee that's been in use.
An MGEX Xi/Penelope would be awesome. Their extreme points would be their size. An MGEX Nu Gundam could have fin funnels with cool effects and have a floating illusion of some sort. Ik and Rx-78-2 would upset everyone but an MGEX could mimic the old 1:1. It would have a connected smoke machine (or an integrated one - I think a vape size one could work) with some basic eye and detail lighting. Maybe a motorised head too. A matching Zaku ii with similar effects would be awesome.
MGEX G-Self, and have its extreme point being LED eyes and have the outer armor easily replaced to give it the color change gimmick it had when changing out the backpacks
That would be amazing enough to support the price it gets. Since G-Self has a lot of color changes. But this color change will have to remain while the leds are off.
Strike freedom 2.0 should be extreme. The gold frame should glow, new and robust internal frame, dragoons should also glow, more parts separation and surface details.
I realized after looking at the page that the shoulder armor doesn't 100% transform like every other transforming variant of the unicorn. What I mean is the top corner of the shoulders don't fully extend.
Though might not be possible now, but I want to see an 00 series with semi-transparent colored armors and red LED inside. So the entire kit lid up to mimic Trans-Am mode instead of just few red spots like PG Exia.

Maybe a Zeta with the focus on transformation. Granddaddy with a focus on sounds. The beam rifle does have a distinct sound.

That looks pretty sweet. Aside from the included lights in PG kits, I don't have anything with a high-end light feature. This might be the one to change that, and be the only one I have with said feature.

I can guest the next mgex will be either Exia or 00 raiser, there's already third party makes running led for 00 gn-driver, bandai won't let it slip too long, they will make the "original kit" with lots of extras.
Maybe the 00’s Mobile suits gonna have an ultra bright red LED sheet to light up under the plastic to make it goes Trans-Am. Maybe the plastic is made off multiple thin layers of plastic that sandwich the LED sheet between them.
00 Quanta can be a perfect candidate for the next MGEX line because the 00 Quanta have Quantum Burst mode and when it's activated, the condensers on the body will extend.

I'm feeling that the knee (and maybe elbow) joints are going to be more like what's on the G40. A single pivot point that just extends as the joint is bent, as opposed to the standard double pivot knee that's been in use.
An MGEX G-Self will have lots of lights on the photon battery sections (which are quite a lot for the G-Self's Photon frame)...
GundamInfo does have an English-language version of the PV for MGEX Unicorn, by the by. Not region-locked either.
Someone already said this but all the Wing Gundams have an explode option with led and sound effects! Then you get to build it all over again!!!

An MGEX Nu Gundam could have fin funnels with cool effects and have a floating illusion of some sort.
Ik and Rx-78-2 would upset everyone but an MGEX could mimic the old 1:1. It would have a connected smoke machine (or an integrated one - I think a vape size one could work) with some basic eye and detail lighting. Maybe a motorised head too. A matching Zaku ii with similar effects would be awesome.

That would be amazing enough to support the price it gets. Since G-Self has a lot of color changes. But this color change will have to remain while the leds are off.

Strike freedom 2.0 should be extreme. The gold frame should glow, new and robust internal frame, dragoons should also glow, more parts separation and surface details.

I realized after looking at the page that the shoulder armor doesn't 100% transform like every other transforming variant of the unicorn. What I mean is the top corner of the shoulders don't fully extend.
