The ideal situation is to maintain Hulu's status quo and to add more legacy content owners into the ownership/capitalization structure. Then, Disney should move almost all Disney-owned content to Disney+ and offer Hulu's third-party licensed content as a paid add-on to members globally.

The Walt Disney Company said, from the outset, that Disney+ will reach profitability in 2024.
Netflix lost billions upon billions of dollars for more than a decade before that streaming service broke even. Disney+, conversely, is only a little more than three years old, and the service has already cemented itself as one of the winners of the Streaming Wars because the global subscriber base is now so large. Disney+ will easily increase ARpU and reduce costs, especially as the also-ran services abandon their SVoD ambitions and as industry demand for content subsides.
The Streaming Wars were always going to be wars of attrition.

DIS should dump DIS+. It's a money pit that isn't going to make money in the next three years, and maybe not the next five years.

You really shouldn't comment when you obviously have no idea what you're talking about.
