Mbappe isn't Ronaldo, Ronaldo's high-production flexibility in that way was freakish. The reality is Mbappe never made sense as an acquisition for Madrid with Vini already there, but as usual for Madrid, they just add a guy that doesn't really fit and expect him to figure it out.
