I agree with them that Conan doesn't come around hardly but when he does come around he brings great vibes to everyone in the PD and does more work than most of the cops
Fair, but he's not asking to be a sergeant or captain or something. Just a regular full officer. There are other, just as inactive, full officers, too. 6 months as a cadet is crazy. Fire him or just make him a perma cadet at that point 😂
