I took about a month to read it and an another month just to absorb it. the feeling of those deep scenes and action with gore and bloodlust is still engraved in me. I will not say that it is the greatest manga but I can assure you that it is One of the greatest manga of all time.

Recommend me some books. Berserk is there about but the only thing that is a turn-off for me is the dialogue writing. Dialogues are too bad when I compare it to novels. But yep, Berserk is my 3rd favourite manga.

I watched berserk (1997) and it still gives me goosebumps. the anime is a masterpiece as well. So sad berserk (2015) doesn’t cope up with expectations.
I started reading berserk recently like you. I was like what the fuck. Man i was amazed. Well i finished reading till volume 20 and the art in chapter 90 - 94 and revelation, i was shocked and amazed at same time. I freaking love the character of guts. This guy fucking have a ball of steel . When you will start reading you going to totally hooked up on this manga. I think one of best mangas among the mangas i had read.

Berserk is the best manga ever, literally it's rating is more than full metal Alchemist , but the saddest part is that the author of this manga has died before completing the story
Rating isn't all. Even some undeserving shit are rated high. But yes Berserk is the most iconic manga. My 2nd fav though. But NVM it's dark and fun to read.
Berserk is literally the darkest stuff I have ever read! to compare, DC Joker will look pretty light to you after reading this stuff. The characters, storyline, pace, drawing literally everything is 10/10. But be prepared for the “ending”. The writer died while writing this masterpiece so, the ending remains incomplete or vague as you can say. You will literally feel depressed after completing this. It has that misery in it. Fun fact: They had to introduce a character in the manga (punk) just to light the manga up because it was going a little toooooooooo dark.

Read Kingdom for war manga . Best action manga. Some Characters have so much depth and some Characters have motives that are questionable at you root for them. You kinda love antoganist for his determination at root for the protagonist to kill him. Action is over the top but stakes are always high. Coalition arc and Northern invasion arc are the most tense I've ever read. It has 700 plus chapters at the story is'nt even at half point
BERSERK is the greatest manga of all time. But it's also the greatest work of philosophy of the last 150 years. It's not a comic book for entertainment. It's a superhuman feat for mankind to produce something so profound and philosophical.
I have watched the 1997 anime version and it was soo good..but sadly it didn't got the sequel it deserved.(sequel 2017 was soo bad..i skipped it). I am not a regular manga reader (only read aot before s4 part 2 cuz..rahi nahi ja raha tha..and abhi one piece ka weekly chapter read kar raha hoon) But after badal recommendation definitely gonna take time and read berserk.

As someone who is up to date from beserk , it is definitely one of the best probably even the best manga out there along with one piece and hunter x hunter . It has one of the best antagonist and most mature protagonist. Almost every panel of this manga deserves to be at museum as one of the best art ever. Fun fact : the author of beserk was so dedicated in drawing the most detailed and awesome story that there are panels which he spends hours to create the perfect manga ever.

I mean, I saw Raksasa statues design that look pretty similar to South East Asia design (Balinese and Thai designs). Imo Berserk is f**king crazy but I like one piece more coz when you read one piece you get attached to the story pretty easily and now I am on chapter 1055 and still story is top notch! I'll recommend to read one piece rather than Watching OP anime, you can watch anime when wano arc starts, coz wano's animation is sick and you can even compare that animation to demon slayers but only for few episodes, other episodes are solid too.

Get to the Golden Age Arc, it is one of the best story arcs in fiction. I would reccomend you read it till it atleast. But, I would suggest you to complete it. It's one of the best stories in literature that I've read.
I read entire series in one whole day i can tell you it is definitely one of the greatest of all time if not the greatest. If is fantastical but so many deep human emotions like greed betrayal hope anger love is converted very perfectly. There are very few manga that can convey these complexity. It story paired with its characters and the manga art are something that no manga ever managed to do yet.
Berserk is lit man it can't be described in such measly world like good excellent it is just you know the freaking goat. Bhai kingdom is underrated read it and review it it is fire i can confirm you that.

Berserk is the best manga ever, literally it's rating is more than full metal Alchemist , but the saddest part is that the author of this manga has died before completing the story
Rating isn't all. Even some undeserving shit are rated high. But yes Berserk is the most iconic manga. My 2nd fav though. But NVM it's dark and fun to read.

Berserk is literally the darkest stuff I have ever read! to compare, DC Joker will look pretty light to you after reading this stuff. The characters, storyline, pace, drawing literally everything is 10/10. But be prepared for the “ending”. The writer died while writing this masterpiece so, the ending remains incomplete or vague as you can say.
You will literally feel depressed after completing this. It has that misery in it.
Fun fact: They had to introduce a character in the manga (punk) just to light the manga up because it was going a little toooooooooo dark.

Read Kingdom for war manga . Best action manga. Some Characters have so much depth and some Characters have motives that are questionable at you root for them. You kinda love antoganist for his determination at root for the protagonist to kill him. Action is over the top but stakes are always high. Coalition arc and Northern invasion arc are the most tense I've ever read. It has 700 plus chapters at the story is'nt even at half point

I have watched the 1997 anime version and it was soo good..but sadly it didn't got the sequel it deserved.(sequel 2017 was soo bad..i skipped it).

As someone who is up to date from beserk , it is definitely one of the best probably even the best manga out there along with one piece and hunter x hunter . It has one of the best antagonist and most mature protagonist. Almost every panel of this manga deserves to be at museum as one of the best art ever. Fun fact : the author of beserk was so dedicated in drawing the most detailed and awesome story that there are panels which he spends hours to create the perfect manga ever.
I suggest you to read some Naoki Urasawa's works.

Imo Berserk is f**king crazy but I like one piece more coz when you read one piece you get attached to the story pretty easily and now I am on chapter 1055 and still story is top notch! I'll recommend to read one piece rather than Watching OP anime, you can watch anime when wano arc starts, coz wano's animation is sick and you can even compare that animation to demon slayers but only for few episodes, other episodes are solid too.

I've seen the anime monster and liver it, so after anime how much has been released.
Get to the Golden Age Arc, it is one of the best story arcs in fiction. I would reccomend you read it till it atleast. But, I would suggest you to complete it. It's one of the best stories in literature that I've read.

I read entire series in one whole day i can tell you it is definitely one of the greatest of all time if not the greatest. If is fantastical but so many deep human emotions like greed betrayal hope anger love is converted very perfectly. There are very few manga that can convey these complexity. It story paired with its characters and the manga art are something that no manga ever managed to do yet.
