Sir, I will not agree on this. The density of Ace Terra is same like other high branded projects and the best part is, this is just opposite to new film city. It's totally your decision to invest in this or not but I am expecting the price will go up till 20000 in next 7 to 8 years but yes this is my expectation.
On either the 3rd or 4th of April, I submitted a cheque of Rs. 1,000,000 EOI in Ace Terra project for a 1770 sqft unit. The amount was debited on 9th April 2024, and I received the payment confirmation email on 18th April 2024. On the launch day i.e.12th May 2024, I reached at 8:45 am with my one-year-old child for the unit allotment. Despite assurances from the contact person, Ankur, and waiting until 5:00 pm, I was informed that the unit I was offered, C-6/2202, had already been allotted to someone else. This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I am deeply concerned about the lack of transparency and professionalism in this matter. It is unacceptable for a reputed brand like ACE to allocate the same unit to two different individuals. Sakshi sharma

Looks very high density project. May not be the best choice for Yamuna expressway.
