    同工不同籌喺大公司好正常,因為大公司嘅職位從來都唔係定點價位,而係within a range, 再加上每個人interview時開出嘅expected salary 都唔同,而且你同事講畀你聽佢嘅人工亦都未必一定係真話,所以你可以要求HR加人工,但就不要拿自己知道別個同事人工比自己高來做要求理據,一定會被HR reject 的。

    加油! 應該係同事 我係 Advice Centre 幾年. 之前一直都係直接請permanent, 可能流失率太高而家變左contract. 一般都係頭6個月難挨跟住慢慢就會習慣. 好唔好做都幾睇Manager. Asian team 有朋友做完聽講係佢兩個managers都真係西D.....因為華人好competitive 😂英文TEAM D人HEA D, AVERAGE拉低好多. 之後佢轉左返Credit- 英文only就無咁CHUR. 如果有基礎投資知識/有興趣投資...IBP可以考慮下. 好多人去Credit 因為唔洗考試. 我係Duo positions- Investment & Credit上左去之後無咁多西客, 無返過Asian Team 😅

    I'm in AKL, NZ, I've worked in a call centre for an insurance company here, and the turn over rate was high, so is my previous job in HK call centre as well. I think it's just the natural of the job/industry that it'll always have a high turn over rate.

    打得上call center都唔方係咩好客,係香港做左十幾年銀行,諗緊過到黎做咩好,entry level黎講call center其實幾好

      I was RM in the green bank before .my first job In ca was financial advisor in the bank

    依個position都好多香港人翻緊 共勉之😂

    I have been in call center for over 5 years . When I started , people said, I have no f clue what you are talking about. Now, they can't, as my English has improved so much in 5 years

    本身做咗12年call Centre,而家轉咗另外一個部門,係牛仔褲顏色,但係唔同銀行,如果你有需要我可以私人傳授一啲秘技俾你,有冇IG?

    我做左好多年,而家係其他部門,只能說可以既話要快d去其他部門。我做過很多部門,advice係最辛苦既,人工差別係好正常…唔需要介懷呢d,有時其他人講比妳聽既人工未必係真既,除非比糧單妳👀,扣稅多少係唔緊要,年尾報稅報多會比返妳,報小就妳要比返,我建議唔好share太多自己既野比人知,我係舊制計年薪,permanent position 所以應該可能🤔️有d唔同,妳自己研究下有無機會去其他部門

      @@galaat336 我做過好多部門,而家係貸款(比advice高兩級),我基本上唔揀擇,如果可以既話每兩年轉一個部門,人工會升快好多,亦可以考個IFIC 去investment 邊,我知個邊係無contract,可能有機會變permanent,自己試下覺得邊度有興趣,貸款係學的最多野既,好似銀行既少林寺咁,我其實唔肯定我地係咪同一間銀行,但係制度應該差唔多

      @@galaat336 😂 呢個世界太細,Asian line 係better than English line, 牛仔色遲d 會有global center 如果妳有asianline 經驗係易走過其他人既,asianline 經理係好reasonable架,唔駛擔心會chur, 個個經理做左more than20年唔會做d低能野,人工黎講係唔錯架啦,我地permanent 以前starting無咁多,我以前無野做會👀埋其他部門既procedures當學野,之後對升級有好大幫助,妳加油啦
