We had so many issues with eDreams as well. But in your situation, I think what happened is that you bought your tickets in US $ so what happened is that the tickets were probably $400 US and they ended up doing a currency exchange which seemed way more expensive. So $400 US is equal to 492412.00 WON. But you're right! AVOID eDREAMS AT ALL COST!
