To be honest I was disappointed by her lack of maturity of the situation. Like when he was cracking Devil jokes through out most of the first episode, I was expecting her to eventually say "Never thought I'd say this but I actually miss the sexual innuendo jokes."

It's also excruciatingly Ironic that they didn't mind Maze all that much either, like Dan didn't seem all that defiant of her dragging him to the police station and she was the one to convince Linda to give Lucifer another shot, granted they didn't see her face but neither did Chloe. Also I have a DRASTICALLY different view on God and the Devil and what images they would present themselves in to better represent their goals so I have my own head canon on things but that's me. So I'm KINDA disappointed it's just a red face but I do love that they specified the burning effect for the transformation.

Lucifer, in talking to the Street Preacher, makes a very valid point. We humans do plenty of bad things on our own. We can blame the Devil all we want to...but we're only lying to ourselves. He can come to us with an evil suggestion, but ultimately, we're the ones that choose whether to do what he suggests, or not to do it. We have only ourselves to blame, if we choose to do evil, for we must bear the consequences of our actions.
