497 adultery and 498 is Enticing or taking away or detaining with criminal intention of a woman.....

Hello Legal Study law, this is not the topic of the CrPC lecture Charge, still i understand we can discuss Section 497 of IPC,1860 is not applicable as Adultery is not a crime now, and section 498 of IPC,1860 has the words "entices away any woman " and its hindi translation says it all "विवाहित स्त्री को आपराधिक आशय से फुसलाकर ले जाना"
