really all his video on the topic of plant tissue culture really very clear every topic discussed widely before to watching his video I was thinking micropropagation is a rocket science but he cleared that it science but not rocket science :)

What is this yellow “establishment media” liquid that I see a lot of people using. Is it some sort of banana water? It makes the clean meristem fatten at the base with sugars and some other stuff, then you can just throw them into cubes and grow them out with some rooting gel. im hoping to figure it out to sort of by pass the whole expansion and multiplication steps.. just clean and fatten and then straight to rooting in a humidity dome .. do you know what this yellow liquid might be?

Hie thanks for this video, there are research papers that say that not all plant cells are totipotent in nature . Is it true or we can generate a new plant from any plant cell?
Theoretically yes, from all living plant cells.
