Newsboys have been my fav band since I was a kid in the 90s. I have seen them in person in most of their iterations and they still make fantastic tunes. Many of Newsboys best songs have been in the Tait era of the band. Really fun interview!

Duncan is a lot of fun but you can tell that even he knows that the music the Newsboys were doing in the 90s with Peter Furler and Steve Taylor was more entertaining.

Sadly, Kevin Maxx has gone off the deep end. He came out with a really weird solo album several years ago that perhaps should have been a hint that he had issues.
Interesting interview, but I cant say it really improved my opinion of the newsboys, I cant help but feel that they are just using the Christian music market, and that they really want to be considered mainstream. The casual statement "what goes on the tour bus, stays on the bus" rubs me wrong, I have heard stories of 'what goes' after the show is over, and remarks like that dont allae any of my suspicions.
Oh well, that's show business.

We never stopped doing the weekly. The weekly releases every Friday around 2:30pm. Adam's Weakly bit is in the podcast and a breakout section on the main Bee channel
