I couldn't add colour yo my own. The Color will show in the layer bar but it won't show in the shape on the screen

Check your opacity percentage level or your fill colour if it's reduce to "0" percent then you increase the numbers.
If possible please send me a clip of it to understand exactly what is the problem.
