There were so many scenes where the audio was the most pronounced aspect of the art. The shockwave scene was definitely one of them. Great gameplay, yes, but those sounds really made the scene.

This is not a game, this is a masterpiece. I am just waiting to forget everything from LIMBO and INSIDE. Just to play them again. Sometimes music creates most of the atmosphere of the game, this is the case
I read somewhere they used an actual human skull to record the sound effects of the game (so that they resonate in a similar way to the human ears)... and there you have it in the corner at 0:56

У меня нет PS но я специально купил на E-bay диск «Inside/Limbo» для PS4 за 3500 р., чтобы этот шедевр у меня навсегда был на жестком носителе, так как я не доверяю всяким Steam’ам и прочим электронным носителям игр. А Limbo в 2015 году прошёл на телефоне ещё! Игра конечно заворожила просто. И вот теперь жду третий шедевр студии Playdead и его тоже на диске куплю. Потому что когда нибудь я куплю себе плойку и пройду их))
И ещё для справки☝🏼 я многое читал о создании этих игр и вот что я тебе скажу: звук для игр Андерсен специальным образом пропускал через имеющийся у него настоящий череп человека (на 0:56 слева на тумбочке лежит) и таким образом получалось особое звучание фоновой музыки и звуковых спецэффектов!
